I finally got my wedding band yesterday 7/24 after them having it for nearly 2 months. We went in the first week of May to get my fiancƩe at the time her wedding band and upgraded her ring. We ended up picking out my wedding band and placed an order for the correct Size. Our wedding was June 10th and they let us buy the display ring to use at the wedding, and then swap it out when the correct size came in. We never received a call that the ring was In. My wife went to the store 2 weeks ago and they said the ring wasn't in yet. Having been nearly 2 months since we placed the order, I finally called yesterday. The lady was able to locate it, and said it had been there since May 21, over 2 weeks before the wedding. And they never made the attempt to let us know it was there. I ended up losing the "loaner" ring the night of the wedding because it was too large for my finger. And it ended up costing us twice as much as we paid because had we been told it was there, we would have swapped out the correct size before the wedding, I never would have lost it. I guess to sum up everything... they have terrible customer service after the sale and don't follow through on what they say they're going to do. I would not recommend this store to anyone. They gave me the complete run around on a purchase and the manger was SO RUDE as if I was bothering them when what was initially said to me once I purchased turned out not to be accurate. She completely lacks customer service skills in should not hold that position. When customers are spending their money with a business your employees should be informed on the services y'all do and don't provide. If they aren't your professionalism as a manger should be to handle situations in the best way possible not with an attitude when the mistake was y'all's. Took the jewelry back and spent my money elsewhere. I would never recommend or purchase from this...

I purchased my wedding ring, and needed it to be resized and set. They called me 3 weeks later and said it was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, one of the stones was missing and the polish was horribly done. The apologized and sent it back to the shop to get re polished and have the stone replaced. 3 weeks later I called asking about the ring and they said it had to be sent back AGAIN because the SAME STONE WAS STILL MISSING!!! This is completely unacceptable!! Now they say it should be done in a week.
