Kohl's — Local services in Odessa

Wow its clear several customers have issues with this store. A positive comment before I say more negative its a Clean store but horrible customer service. Today not the best of me came out after a cashier was so rude several times. First time I went during early hrs an older lady at the register was so nice but the other lady wasnt. Went back and she still had an attitude regardless of being spoken to nice. Once I was ready to pay I asked 2 question which clearly the girl was new and I understood that but she asked the same lady that was rude to help and well after that I lost my cool it seemed like the customer has to remind them how to give good customer service and about Kohls Cash. It was.... ok. I overheard they haven't received a truck since they opened which means all of the cute clothes I liked, they didn't have my size. The Sephora was so sad and the kid working that area was super nice but he was a Kohl's employee, so he didn't know Sephora's return policies. I was there for over an hour and not a single employee was out walking around talking to customers which seemed kind of crazy to me.
