Maurices — Local services in Odessa

So I love Maurice’s clothing this is the only place I can get jeans I like. I gave three stars because this store does not keep a good variety of clothing. They have plenty of jeans but not many work clothes I hate that I have to order online vs being able to find basic slacks or khakis style pants local. They have a decent selection of tops both casual and work or dressy but last time I looked for pants and asked an associate they said they didn’t carry the styles I wanted. The staff is usually friendly here but sometimes untrained. For example when looking for different lengths of pants they don’t understand why you would need a longer or short pant depending on shoes...

Wanted to return some items that didn't fit and I didn't have my receipts...However, they can look up your purchase receipts for you that's why they ask for your phone number. The store manager refused to help me because I have to many purchases from Maurices and she didn't want to go back and find what I was returning.

Been waiting since Monday for a call from the HO of Maurices and still no word from anyone...on hold now for 10mins waiting for a supervisor. Sad that the Odessa stores customer service is deplorable with the...

Alicia at this location is amazing. I had stopped coming in store because of a rude worker and just started picking up online orders. I went in for pick up with my daughter and was greeted by Alicia and she was so great. She even asked if I wanted to try on my online pickup to make sure it fit before I left. I ended up shopping around and found some other really nice items to buy. I'm going to start shopping in store again thanks to Alicia. She made our experience at Maurices...
