when I first came here everything was going fine, they fixed my screen in 25 minutes and I only spent $99 + tax on the repair but that’s not including the screen protector and otter box case I bought there which brought the price up to $160. When I was getting ready to leave the owner put his number in my phone before giving me my phone back and proceeds to follow me to chick-fil-a up the street. He paid for my meal, it was nice nonetheless but creepy… Not even 2 weeks later I drop my phone which has a otter box and a screen protector on it and ONE DROP and my screen blacks out completely, it was not a high drop and landed on carpet. Which is not normal, so I know for a fact they didn’t tighten something or didn’t do something right when doing the repair. I go back to get my phone repaired again I told them I got the phone repaired less than 2 weeks prior for $99 + tax and they tried to tell me that their prices went up and made me pay for the repair even though there was a fault on their end. Said I broke the LCD and it just doesn’t make any sense whatsoever. I attempted to ask them what was the lowest price on their phones there so I could have a back up and they said $250,… They even had a flip phone on display and I know for a fact a flip phone is not $250. They also took off my screen protector and refused to replace it unless I bought a new one. There were no cracks or lines in my screen whatsoever so there was no reason to take my screen protector off when taking the screen out, and not replace the screen protector. Told me I should get tempered glass for my screen. I refused, paid, and left. I will not...

My phone was old, but it had already been dropped in water three times. I’ve literally ran my phone over with my car. End it was in pieces being held together with my case. I went to my local phone store to purchase another phone, which I did not want to do. Which turned out to come out to $1500. Plus, I would lose almost all my stuff. My husband happen to tell me to stop by glitz and glam, Because he had his repaired there before. So, with the condition that my phone was in, I was completely skeptical of him being able to get this done. I was in the store all of maybe 3 to 5 minutes, And they told me they could repair it, and it would be just like new. I was hopeful but I did not see it happening. But here I am on my phone using it like I just purchased a new one. So if you have a Phone that you think is beyond repair or there’s no way trust me give these people a try first because I am in shock! I actually said when I received my phone if I hadn’t had back surgery already, I would be doing backflips. So I 110% recommend these guys to y’all they do an amazing job and do it extremely fast. Took my Samsung Galaxy S8 in after calling a week before to get the front LCD and back cover replaced. Cost would have been around $400.00 to replace both. Newer phone, so more expensive to replace.

Left my phone there for an hour before they called me and left a voicemail informing me that it was ready for pickup. Get back and the guy helping me says that there's an issue with my battery overheating and how it was probably from there being to much pressure on the motherboard (Phone was run over) AND that it would lead to further issues later on.

Informs me that I wouldn't be charged and that my best option would be to replace the phone through insurance, if I had any.
