We ordered online and used online specials. We received our order total and confirmation via email totaling 20.55. When picking up the order, a single two liter of soda was added to the order. The total jumped $15. When questioned, the employee seemed injured, tired, and confused. We paid the cost and then when going home and looking over the order, confirming emails, the totals on boxes,etc, we called the store to try to rectify the situation. We were told to wait for the manager’s email to reply to and send screenshots of our order and online totals (even though the sticker on the box confirms what we have claimed our original total was supposed to be, also confirming we were charged $15 for a single two liter.) We have, at this time, been emailing back and forth with the store for over 3 hours with no apology, or resolution. This is by far the worst service I’ve received from any pizza place or carry out to date. The woman who rang me up was injured with bruised knuckles. I called and spoke to Aaron the “manager” who quoted me 1:20 max on delivery time for my pizza. 1:40 min later I called to talk to “manager” and ask about my food he said driver was in parking lot and she was going to call me. 15 min later no call from delivery girl, so I call “manager” again and at this point am frustrated and manager handled the situation VERY unprofessional and was using inappropriate words. So I get delivery girls number I call and she is across town and said she tried calling a few times, I told her I never had one missed call she must have been calling the wrong number and I was right. The lady who answered refused to give me an ETA. Spoke to a supposed manager who also made excuses and said she didn't have an ETA because they have no driver and it would be up to Door Dash. I asked for her name, she said it was "against company policy" for her to give me her "information, her general manager's information, or the owner's information"'. I was understandably upset and told her to cancel my order. She then informed me that I would no longer be allowed to order from that store. At that point, I told her to eff off and hung up.
Trust that I will file a formal complaint with corporate. No wonder you can't keep enough staff to provide remotely decent...
