I called for a service call on xmas eve. The dispatcher told me "they had a busy day but could fit us in" She asked for the phone # of the tenant and i gave it. She asked if she would be home and i said she was a housewife and should be home. They arrived w/out calling as it was several hours after the call (5 hours later) and my tenant was at the grocery store. The dispatcher was very rude with my tenant and told her they could come back on monday because she wasn't home because they didn't call before they came. When i called and tried to reason with them, she was unbelievably rude to me (super unprofessional) I was shocked that they would let a family freeze on xmas eve, xmas day and the rest of the weekend before they could return. WHAT? I mentioned i would be letting the property management (who referred me) know how i had been treated. The dispatcher assured me she had already called them and "smoothed things out" I thought hmmm thats funny, she knows she has been rude and unprofessional so she quickly called the property management company to make sure she "smoothed' it over. Heaven forbid she loose their business. However when i explained it to the property management she couldn't believe how i was treated. The bottom line is these people are definitely jerks. To assume someone would be home 5 hours after the request for service call on xmas eve and then not call the # you asked for and told me "we will touch base with them before we come" (thus the reason to ask for the #) and then get totally rude with my tenant and then me is definitely not a company i will ever do business with again....
   Read moreI donât think I have ever been treated so rudely in my life. Called on a Monday, need AC checked. Talked to a very nice man, said he could maybe come that day, but if not the next day. I understand it is summer and busy. Received a call from a women on Tuesday, saying they couldnât come until Thursday. Annoying, but it is summer time. I asked her if they would call before they come so we would be home. She told me they would call in the morning to let us know if it will be Morning or afternoon, and the repair man would call before coming to the house. Come Thursday we are ten minutes down the rode from our house. It is 9:30 in the morning and we hadnât heard anything, so we ran some errands. A woman called and said the technician was at our house. We said we werenât home, no one called before they came or we would have been there. We arenât far away. She said she would reschedule for next week and HUNG UP on my husband. I call back, to again reiterate that we are down the road and be home soon. She said he had already left. I said we had waited all week and no one let us know they were on the way, can they come back this afternoon. The woman said, âyou know I donât really care if you have air conditioning or not, call someone else. I donât care.â The worst customer service that I have ever had. Maybe the repairs are done well, if you can survive the woman on the other end...

I had called multiple companies to get someone out for my elderly Grandfather whoâs furnace went out knowing most would be busy the day after a holiday. I received a call back form another company and I thought it was a tech from this company. Turned out it wasnât and Iâm sure glad it wasnât! When I got the call that this company had a tech coming I immediately called them to notify them that we got it taken care of and apologized that I thought it was one of their techs.
