Don't ever buy a gift there if you don't plan on giving it asap. I was bought a gift from my daughter for Father's day and received it a few weeks later because she had bought it in advance. My experience at knockout was okay the customer sales te fati was amazing he went above and beyond to try to help me with my purchase the store itself was clean but they did not have what I was looking for but fati was able to find a solution that I was okay with he reached out to his managers to try and get what I wanted ordered he showed me other products but none that I needed he took my number and he said he would call me when the products i needed were in stock...
