I will never do business here again & i will never ever recommend anyone here they literally sold one of my items without informing or communicating with me they sold my brand new xbox I pawned. They only sold the xbox but not my TV if you sell something why would you put one of a customers items out and not the other seems sketchy to me!!! I called in weeks prior today letting one of there employee know that I will be there today to get my stuff out of pawn the employee said I will note your and account and that should be okay. I call today and the “owner” and he said they sold my xbox. So as a good business why wouldn’t you communicate with your customers. Then when my husband went into get our stuff he wouldn’t show my husband the Documentation stating this is when the note was put in he also questioned us on why would we pawn a new xbox as a owner why would it matter why a customer wants to to business with them. I am beyond furious they have lack of communication there and does not care about there customers. The owner tried selling us a used xbox for $175.00 why would they even sell us a used xbox for that much. The owner kept saying his printer was broken and wouldn’t lets us see the date the note was supposedly put in please do not do business with these people. They'll take your money for sure. But what they won't do are the rest of the things they claim on their website. Fast?: nope, I waited in my car over a half hour. It did not but bondsman had "bailed out" on us so how would he know? They did NOT clearly explain a thing for example that theyonce you hand them over thousands of dollars that if inmate steps one foot out then goes back in, they've "done their job". " •while it was only a small moment, he was out therefore they provided a service and REFUSE to rebate even a tiny portion of the huge cash donation I had made. $2nd # website boasts about explain each step of the process but he couldn't because, again , HE LEFT. They were not up front on all issues. And being flexible and working with payments? Haha. I brought full amount in cash and he took it. The worst part of all is the cold calloused witch answering the call when I heard her voice crackle with delight that a fellow bondsman had made $2000 in a matter if a half hour. I asked if I could speak directly with the bondsman I had dealt with...

My husband pawned his rc. It was in good condition, ran great. We got it out of pawn, took everything out to get it already to be ran. The wires for the batteries look as if the were burnt, the wiring for the esc has been burned which has now made it no longer waterproof and the controller is just a big expensive baby rattle. Plus the function on the controller no longer works. His rc is now just a big paper wait. And when we brought it in to let them know that this had happen in their care, they just got offensive and denied having any responsibility for the merchandise that we pawned there. And that they are not responsible for any property damage when it was in their care. We had to verify that with ran before they would even let us pawn it which it no longer runs.
