James is a great artist if he is doing something original. The tattoo on my shoulder turned out great and I'm glad he changed my mind, however he talked me into adding to the stars on my hip and now it has the same swirly design my sister in law and her sister have on their tattoos. It's irksome that we all have the same girly pattern around totally different tattoos. The swirls are shown in the photo attached. I wouldn't even be mad about it if the colours weren't exactly the same as well as how similar they look. I get that there is only so much you can do to change that up but it seriously looks like we tried to match... Also a bunch of people that sent me in there and that i have sent all have something to complain about on theirs and I know of at least one that was a complete skrew up and looks terrible but I will let that person complain even though they won't. James used to be the only artist I would trust but now I will never go back... and to be honest I haven't been to him since I saw the tattoo he did for someone else... And it's been a while so maybe he has gotten better since I was last there. I hope your experience with him was better than what mine turned out to be in...

My daughter and I are new to Ogden,UT. Drove by and saw shop a few days ago. So we looked him up and saw his great reviews. Went in for a consultation, and James was so personable and down to earth. Went to get a sleeve done years ago with my sons name included in the tattoo, he asked multiple times how to spell it and james still missed a letter, I went back in the next day and he threw that letter in there and still looks messed up. On top of random stencils he used and never finished, I wouldn’t go back to have him do any more...
