The guy in this store is super helpful and tries to be as accommodating as possible. Definitely a great employee. Only giving 4 stars because of corporate/company things out of his control. Such as Boost's nickeling and diming of customers. I recently tried to buy two new phones on the website but they dont ship to P.O. boxes(my main address is a po box) and the website kept saying my physical address is invalid. So I had to go to a store to buy the phones. Well, buying the phones in store requires on site activation which is a $25 fee per device. The employee in this store was super helpful, activated the devices quickly and went through setup of one phone while walking me through setup of the other phone. But when all was said and done, the phones I could have gotten online for just over $200 per device online ended up costing me about $300 per device because of their corporate policies of added fees and the taxes for the purchase. All in all. Many of the people in the stores are friendly and try to help but corporate likes to get as much money out of the customers...

Installed the screen protector The first attempt she did not get it on centered so she proceeded to remove the screen protector and reattach it. She pilled the corner of the phone up with her nail and within 48 hours the screen protector is already falling off and they refuse to replace it. She proceeds to tell me it's not her problem but if I'd like to purchase a new screen protector it would be $10... I wasn't the one that put my oily sticky fingers on it in the first place That's what you call customer service...
Read more-A total joke and didn't even offer to transfer over my data from old phone .got home and had no internet in my basement, but only more excuses, to not go the extra mile or make a acception to the policies for a refund or exchange..been 6 days now and countless time with customer service and escalated calls , but still no internet or good customer service..in the end my 82$ is completely gone and I am forced to go somewhere else if I can even afford..no one cares and not even the manager..do t waste your time or $ here or boost period and let's shut boost down...
