A few weeks ago I made a reservation for myself and a bestie to get out some rage. I live in SLC while she lives in Ogden so we chose the Ogden location. Unfortunately, there was a massive power outage that affected roughly 70% of Ogden including Smash it. The general manager, Daniel gave me a call and offered to either reschedule, refund, or hold out and see if the power would come back. Otherwise, they could put up some string lights and make it work. My bestie was going through a really rough break up and I knew this was something that she was really looking forward to and maybe even needed, so I said we would wait it out and see if the power would come back on. If not, we would love to smash some stuff by candle light if need be. We ended up getting there and the power was still out, but I will say that these gentlemen went above and beyond the call of duty. Daniel had made a mad dash up to Ogden from Orem to help John get everything ready and together for our smashing session. It was exactly what we both needed, I think. After a discussion with John after our smashing, he told us that he could tell that we needed this and that's why both he and Daniel were in it to begin with. They love helping people find peace and release of negativity by destroying things. You don't often find businesses this caring about their customers and it was really quite beautiful. They are so passionate about their work and it really shows. I would give them 100 stars if I could. You should absolutely check them out if you haven't already. I would definitely call...

A couple of friends and I went here to try it out and celebrate my birthday, and it did not disappoint! We had the pleasure of working with John. From the very beginning, he was awesome! He took time to explain everything and give us tips and tricks to better our experiences and get the most out of them! He was very accommodating, helpful, and fun. He provided excellent customer service connection. Our overall experience was a 10! We did the smash room and bottle throwing! It's priced by the weight of the items you smash. You can get a discount on items you bring in to smash or glass to throw. It's a blast! (And a workout! Haha) You can smash with various tools like a sledgehammer, bat, and crowbar (I found this to be my preference) They also have another area we want to go back for, the canvas-paint room area! It...
Read moreMy wife and I went for our anniversary and were both really disappointed . All together, we paid around $75 for about 10-15ish minutes if smashing things. Their business model is sneaky because you pay per pound for the stuff you smash. They give you this big bin and take you to an area to fill it, but they only had like 4 options of things to smash, old flat screen monitors, old printers, old plastic things including some keyboards, and some small ceramic mugs. First of all, most of those things are really heavy already so we were only able to get a few things to smash without breaking the bank. Second of all, those particular things they had were NOT satisfying to smash. You can't really smash a flat plastic thing. The ceramic mugs at least would shatter against the wall of you throw them hard enough, but the other things were lame. The employees Ashley and Elisha we're cool, but overall the experience was not...
