This is a response to Corey Williams from Danski We strive to work with and have a positive experience with all our customers. We primarily sell one of a kind custom clothing, have a clearly posted visible sign on the counter stating our policy that all sales are final, on the hand written receipt and on the credit card slip. In this case you were in our store over an hour, choosing, reviewing, trying on and selecting what you wanted to purchase. These are not off the shelf mass produced items that are easily replaced ,and you were excited about your purchase. Unfortunately we have had the experience of clothing being returned that has been worn and damaged, and then having to inventory and have professionally cleaned. You wanted to return clothes and have your monies fully refunded days later against our store policy. We offered to make an exception, and give full store credit.    Read moreI have been left with an awful first impression of this store and I wonât be back. The moment the guy in the store realized I was going to think about an item Iâd been looking at he literally cut me off mid sentence and just walked off on me, telling me his friend âLisaâ would buy the item tomorrow instead. He was so rude I was stunned as heâd been nice up until the point where he realized I wasnât going to buy the $320 item. Extremely disappointing - and bad business practice to disrespect customers in this way. I hate leaving bad reviews because of the karma but in this situation I feel it...

Examples: fun green coat listed at $250? Found on Poshmark for $110. Pink / orange leopard jumper? Thatâs Charming Charlieâs brand, valued at $30 online that this boutique has marked up to $160. Multicolor faux fur coat priced at $290? Easily found for $119 elsewhere.
Look - some markup is warranted (itâs a boutique, after all), but this should always be done with integrity and transparency. The current practice seems to intentionally...
