My husband and I went to Ojai immediately after a sudden and very heartbreaking death in the family. I found myself wandering about Fig and became overwhelmed with emotion. To say Victoria, the owner of the store, was kind and generous would be an understatement.

I could go on about how perfectly curated the selection of goods is. I could easily speak about how inviting the store is and how walking in from the street, through an almost meditative path of plants and chimes, sets the stage for a truly unique shopping experience. But what will always make this store special to me is how I was treated by the owner and the staff in a particularly vulnerable...

Such an amazing shop for a long narrow space. Loved the colorful bistro tables and matching chairs. Adorable selections for baby gifts. If you love ornaments of animals dressed in clothing, this is the place! Fun glass hummingbird feeders, colored drinking glasses & carafe sets. Sooo many gift ideas if you don’t know what to get someone. Staff was very friendly and stayed busy keeping the store looking organized and appealing. Definitely make your way all the way down the alley to another retail area...

This is a must see. So many great, creative local crafty products. It is literally a hole in the wall so look for the turquoise doorway. Most of the items are outdoor gargen/patio decor, but there is a small interior shop with jewelery, blankets and much more.
