I have had some good massages, some really bad massages, and even some "why did I even come here?" massages. Then I had K... My best friend is a massage therapist so to say I've had a lot of massages is an understatement. I came here on my own and had a nice massage with Caroline. I came back a week later to treat my bf to a couples massage and facial. I had my facial first and Leia was amazing. My bf had never had a professional massage so he got a treat with Leia!! She's so freaking good! She puts you in such a calming state and even when she's doing the part that not many people like (the extractions) it didn't hurt. So nice. Then I had my massage. Y'all, when I tell you I was transported to another time and place... whew!!! K started working on me and checked if I had any problem areas, how I liked the pressure, and made sure the pressure was good after starting and that's all I remember! HER HANDS ARE MAGIC!!!! I caught myself falling asleep!! I'm always hyper-aware of my surroundings even when I try to relax, I never fully can. She knocked me out!! TWICE!! I wish it was closer to me cause I would see her on a bi-weekly basis. K was blessed with the most amazing gift and if you get the chance, book with her. You won't regret it. I can't wait to go back...

We weren't able to enjoy the massages, but the appointment service is below all. Email request sent on June 3rd for a booking on July 17th. Recall by email on June 7th. Call on June 8th and confirmation by phone by the assistant that there were still availabilities for the requested date. Without confirmation on June 14th, we call again to have our booking confirmation sent by email and we then learn that there are no more availabilities for the requested date.

I had a lovely time today at the The Day Spa at Ojai. The waiting room is cozy, with tea and water available. The whole place has a great vibe, friendly, the staff very attentive. The massage room was so comfortable, the warm massage table a comfortable temperature. Shannon was my therapist, and the massage she gave was excellent, leaving my whole body extremely relaxed. She addressed an issue I was having, and helped to make it feel better. She also took a few minutes to give me advice on how to loosen the area at home. She was so skilled, professional and thorough.
