This is by far the worst location and only location I have ever been dissatisfied with their lack of friendly service and lack to get my order correct. I am going to start driving out of my way to avoid this location (this may change to no Starbucks on the frequency as I have become accustomed to) even though it is the most convenient location for me. But why would the customers needs and convenience even matter? I ordered my usual and spending over $9 on a drink at least 5 times a week, I should have received a hello being the only person in the store and no one in the drive thru to 3 employees. But I guess the girls conversation is always more important and I say always because this is at least the 4th time this has happened in this location (could have been different girls on the other times). It may have been more times but I can say for sure this amount because this is when I noticed the chipper hellos were missing and I didn't realize they mattered until 4 times before when I started paying attention. The other issue is my drink is not correct, this is the cherry on top to my decision. At some point I will not drive out of the way and my usual 5 trips (sometimes more as I will order on the weekend and order my husband the exact same drink) times $9.69 price (sometimes more if I include my colleagues orders I get from time to time) then I will start to save a minimum of $193.80 a month. $2,325.60 annually (minimum). To give you a more accurate timeline, we moved into the area in October 2022, less than 6 months of ordering here to my many years to the Starbucks in Edmond on Bryant and 15th (fantastic service and people along with the other Edmond in town locations).

They don’t call out the names of drinks or food half the time and there’s always a million orders sitting on the counter. I kept getting up to search through the drinks to find mine but I don’t want to touch other peoples stuff, and they were not calling out names. So I asked if they knew where my drink was, and the response was “did you look through those down there?” No eye contact, just annoyed that I seemed to be bothering them. It was a simple mistake on my part and the ink must have been running out because you could barely make out what was on any of the stickers. Instead of them being polite and giving the customer service I know is typical of this location, they just scoffed like I was an idiot. It’s a huge turn off, all they had to do was smile, greet me, and take 2 seconds to help me find my drink. Read moreAs others have mentioned customer service is very poorly at this location. The young lady working the drive-thru was very rude and hateful. I believe her name may be Destinee but not sure. I ordered a mobile order and she was very irritated and unpleasant. I proceeded to the window and she didnt acknowledge me as customer, gave me my items with force, and asked if I needed anything else. I asked for a straw and napkins and she ignored me. Once she asked what I was waiting for and I told her she gave me a balled up handful of napkins. As I was driving off she had the meanest facial expression as I was leaving.
