Best vietnamese food in okc, and i meant it. Im a viet transplant, born and raise there. Living in texas for a little over 10 years and then moving here to okc. I have tried pho lien hoa, pho cuong, pho hieu etc u get the point and this place tastes the most authentic. In picture i ordered chicken pho, seafood udon, garlic fish sauce chicken wings and they all taste amazing ( had to steal bites from my husband). The pho broth is actually perfect. Light but full of taste. I did not need to add extra condiments and it tasted great. The wings were crispy and perfectly seasoned, no complaints. My husband said his udon dish was good and he would order it again. Not in pictures but we did doordashed this place before actually coming here. I had the special broken rice dish and bun bo hue, both were excellent. I HIGHLY recommend trying the broken rice dish, my absolute favorite. We will be coming back to try the rest of the menu.

My husband and I moved up to the northwest side of town in February 2025. We've been looking for an authentic pho place since. We have had good pho just not close. Enter: Pho Saigon. They've been open since mid-July 2025. We went tonight. The food was delicious: the chicken spring roll (rice paper) was succulent and flavorful. The fried spring roll surprised me with corn in it, but it was also delicious. My regular size pho was generous, the chicken was tender and not dry, same with my husband's steak pho. The service was outstanding: our waters were never empty, and they did a great job checking on us during our meal. The restaurant itself was clean and hospitable, and the owner was there. She gave us the background in the art they have hanging, which was nice. Today I learned that pho actually started as a street food. All in all, 11/10, we will be back.

First off, let me say Kim and the entire staff were exceptionally welcoming on my first visit to this beautiful, clean, and delicious restaurant. Pho Sai Gon delivered one of the most exceptional bowls of pho I’ve ever had the pleasure of tasting. The bone marrow broth was deeply flavorful, rich, and perfectly balanced, creating a depth that elevated the entire dish. It’s rare to find pho executed with such precision and care, and this bowl stands out as the best in Oklahoma City. The experience was a true showcase of authentic Vietnamese cuisine, and it’s clear this will become a staple destination for me moving forward. If you are reading reviews and stubble across mine trust me you will LOVE this place.

The servers are literally the kindest people you’ll ever meet. I only ordered takeout but I felt like I was a part of my server’s family in the first 5 minutes; I could’ve called her Auntie and she would’ve invited me to her family’s barbecue or something, I wanted to hug her lol. She recommended the garlic fried wings and OH MY GOSH they were the best and crispiest wings I’ve ever had. Then I had the pho with brisket and beef and it was everything i needed in that moment and more. I came in a dehydrated, tired mess and I ate their food at my house and had a full glow up (after the nap i inevitably fell into after stuffing my face with such delicious food). I recommend going here if you’re ever on NW Expressway; I work next door and I can’t wait to become a regular...
