I came in tonight with my mother. I asked for .5 polish 3 slices of toast a side of beans and pot. Salad. I ordered .5 of turkey 2 slices of toast a side of mac and a beans. 2 waters.. That is what is rang up. Aurora wanted a bottled drink i said no. Terry brought her one to the table. Faith told her to stop terry said im gonna pay for it. I then look up to see faith on the phone talking to someone saying well she doesnt work here anymore. So i went to the counter because i dont care if you dont like me you still give customer service. My mother paid for this after just getting back from a funeral. I told terry i wanted a refund she said that is the manager on duty. Faith then said to the other employee on duty i dont care who she is she isnt getting free for. I would like my money back because first of all this isn't what i said i wanted.. And i walked out without eating the food. The toast wasnt warm she had to turn the toaster on. The mac was barely warm. Im unhappy with the service even after i tipped in the tip cup. I sent this to the owner and gm the gm texted me back saying i could come get my money the next morning and he was sorry for the less than ideal experience. I came up to the store as i was told. He then told me i was banned and if he seem me on the property he would call the cops. This is unacceptable in any customer service. I should have been treated as if it was my first time or the first customer in the door. I do believe this place has gone down hill since ive quit. And yes all the employees except terry and kat and stewart are on drugs. They bring bottles in the store for after work and they smoke weed in tje back of the store. Read moreMy Son and I were in OKC to pick something up. We decided to find a place to eat that we don’t usually get to because of where we live. I had Billy Sims delivered before when I lived in Claremore and the food was very good. So he trusted my opinion and we chose Billy Sims on NW Expressway to dine in. As soon as we walked in my first thought was the temperature of the dining room seemed warm. Not comfortable. We approached the counter to order and there was flies everywhere. Excessive to the point that the gentleman taking our order even commented on them. I could tell that my Son was wondering about my decision. We ordered our food (while battling flies). The staff was courteous. We took our food to a table and quickly decided to try another table where less flies seemed to be. We ate our food quickly. Again the temp in the dining room was uncomfortable and we were still battling flies. I say that the taste of the food was good. The next day I used the companies website to send a message about our experience. I was not trying to get anything for free. That was the first thing I said. I simply wanted to alert to the condition and concerns I had. As a former Restaurant Manager and business owner, I would appreciate if someone took the time to make me aware of any unpleasant situation. Four days have passed and I have yet to hear from anyone. That actually makes me more upset than the environment of the restaurant. Again, not looking to get anything for free. Just trying to provide constructive feedback. This place had an ad online stating that if you order more than $20 meal ONLINE, you’d receive a free “stacker” which is their signature dessert. So, I did just as the advertisement said and I ordered a 3-meat meal for $21+ tax. When I arrived to pick up my food, I noticed that the free stacker wasn’t in my order. When I asked about the stacker, they appeared surprised and uniformed about the advertisement. Then a big guy named “Michael” who turned out to be the manager bellowed, “Did you have a code?” I replied, “Excuse me?” Michael then said with a joyous lack of compassion, “Yeah, if ya don’t have a code, it’s not included. There was no stacker in the order.” When I replied that I was unaware of this. He simply muttered and said dismissively “Well…”. I then asked, “So you guys aren’t gonna honor your advertisement because of a technicality?” Michael then repeated, more sternly at this point, “you didn’t have a code.” I was totally taken aback that a MANAGER would be so dismissive and rude as well as made NO ATTEMPT at service recovery.
