Freezing Cow OKC — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Ok, so a lot to unpack. My party and I attended an event today where the truck was on the premises. I passed by this store often and decided today that instead of eating from the truck, we would go in the actual store for what I felt would be more selections. Ohhhh myyy goodness!!! A million selections. The ice cream was sooooooooo amazing. However... After I finished, my party informed me that we did not receive the presentation that he boasted about. This was my 1st time visiting. He hated that he talked them up, and my treat was not like how they experienced before. I was not aware of what he was speaking about. There were a couple of disappointments. As you can see from the receipt, I ordered pineapple inside my ice cream. Wellllll, I just called to ask if it was supposed to be liquid or fruit. The person that answered stated that it should be fruit. That was not the case. I never received pineapples, nor did I receive a 5th roll. Instead, I received a pile of cherries in the middle. Also, I received my treat with a lid. The customer's treat pictured had an amazing presentation (my party and myself's rolls were not thick or overflowing like the customers in the picture). I waited until I observed how the customer following me faired. I asked while still in the store why I had a lid. I received the following response, "the other person made yours." Hmmmmm... Again, it was delicious!!! I just request that all orders receive the same love....lol Do not short change me on my order, please. I...

THE SMELL!! RUN! My family and I wanted to try a new ice cream place; super excited about this place. As soon as you walked in, weird off putting smell. The place looks like it’s seen better days, but still wanted to try. I went up to order and I noticed none of the employees were wearing makes. The woman behind the counter took my order. She was not the most welcoming. She got an attitude when I wasn’t going to buy the small children their own ice cream. She gave me a number and I took a seat with my family. There was about four people in front of me, I took 35 MINUTES for us to get the order. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands, disguising; maybe that’s where the smelling is coming from. After we got our ice cream, I saw the employees touching the trash, ice cream rollers, the refrigerator, their faces and clothing w/o washing or changing their gloves. Then pick up ice cream and place it in the cup. After that I ditched the ice cream and ran. I don’t want or need COVID-19 in my life. This place is probably a Petri dish of viruses and bacteria. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because the ice cream was decent, but not worth a topping...

Thai tea ice cream with cherries and mango. Incredible tasting and fair priced. Trip to the city isn't complete without first picking up some Thai tea rolled ice cream at the Cow. Employees are quiet and reserved, but prompt.

Update:. Like all good things, it must end. New employees are the complete opposite. Rude and unapologetic. They are reducing the menu... Removing the Thai tea flavor... What? Why? How? You guys would sell out everyday... There are only 4 base flavors now... Somehow even simple things like kit Kats are out too? Time to move on ya old cow.

Update 2: Ah, new ownership. Makes sense. Well then sir or madam, be more aware of your employees, since I have been told numerous times, at least a dozen over the past months, that Thai tea sells out fast which is why I couldn't order.
