Update: after the below response from Dash, I called the store and it was the same clerk that callously refused to help me. I asked to speak to his manager and he said they have been trying to call me (I had no missed calls) and I gave him my number to have his manager call me. Still no call. So the storeâs attempt to make it right was to reply to my review and not to actually make it right.
If I could give zero stars I would. They fixed my sonâs phone screen on August 24 and then half the screen stopped responding to touch. I couldnât get back to the store to have them look at it again until today 10/30 because my husband was in the hospital and has been battling cancer. The clerk there would not budge on their 30 day policy and had zero care that taking the phone back to their place was not top of my list in that time frame. He wanted to charge me another $40 to look at the phone and try to fix it. Itâs a shame that they wouldnât stand by their work and then didnât care that I had real extenuating circumstances as to why I couldnât return. Will never use them again. And sad I ever went...
   Read moreI called beforehand for an estimate on my cracked screen. After looking at it in person they thought their might be water damage which would add a little to the price. It was certainly behaving weirder than the usual crack screen problem but I knew water wasn't an issue. My pockets are dry, people :-) . Assurant tried to charge me for a full screen replacement/data recovery fee when I just need a temporary screen to back up my phone before I made a transfer.
