The Big Biscuit — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

This place could have been much better. If you're only interested in the food, it may work for you, but I had a disappointing experience due to my restricted diet. I understand that the name of the restaurant includes "biscuit," but it's unfortunate that they wouldn't substitute any items for me or reduce the cost, even though I received only half the food I paid for.

After requesting modifications, my entire order arrived with items I cannot have. The attitude I received regarding their oversight was surprising. Additionally, I ordered a kids' meal with bacon and a side of eggs, as they did not come as part of the meal. I was charged for the eggs, but they forgot to include the bacon.

My dissatisfaction grows with every word I write. It seems they often don't include everything stated on the menu, so I suggest asking questions, especially if you have any dietary restrictions. I could go on about how it took five minutes for me to receive water while everyone else got their drinks first, or how it was another five minutes after I received my water before I got straws. I even had to send my food back twice, despite my restrictions being clearly written down. They simply picked through my food and sent it back without addressing the issues. It's not pleasant to have hands digging through your food multiple times before...

Had an absolutely incredible experience at The Big Biscuit on 63rd and May! It started when somebody held the door open upon arriving, we were able to be seated right away, our waitress Elena was right with us getting drinks started immediately. They have some custom soda mixes that I definitely wasn't expecting but was glad that I tried! We had plenty of food options to choose from, and they were able to bring the dishes out quickly! The portion sizes were big in my opinion. It is rare that I don't finish my meal at a restaurant, but in this case I was unable to finish all of it because of getting full! The pancakes were so good! I barely ended up using any syrup because they were good enough on their own, I didn't need to have much. We felt welcomed multiple times by the staff who were all so nice and friendly! Once we finished and went to leave, somebody made sure to still hold the door open for us! I have had great service at plenty of places but it was definitely exceptional at The Big Biscuit. I have already recommended them to other people and will for sure be coming back in the future! I can't say enough good things about the experience...

It was my brother and I first time here and was looking forward in trying the food. The experience wasn't good at all. The server Emily was lacking and somewhat rude in the manner of how she handle giving us our stuff. The food wasn't hot at all, more like room temperature. When I addressed the server she said let me get the manager and she came after waiting 10mins for her, she stops to help someone else across from us that sat down after we us. Then came to address the issue. She said let me take it and get you another plate and I told her that's okay, she took it anyway and walked off. I stopped another server to tell the manager not to redo my order, the manager comes back with half of my order that I told her I didn't want. She got an ATTITUDE!! And stormed off to the kitchen and u hear her slamming the food in the trash she was so mad. This was an unexpected and uncomfortable experience. Definitely...
