Don't go to this franchise store, go to the corporate one on North Penn. I took my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 in to get the factory installed screen protector replaced, since it was bubbling up and getting a line down the crease. They replaced it within two hours, which was great. However, when I got it back it was already folded. Samsung along with other repair centers all say it needs to stay open for a while to make sure the adhesive on the protector stays in place. There were a few small bubbles around the edge, but I smoothed those out. Within about 15 minutes of leaving, it started getting bubbles along the crease again. I took it back today to see if they could reapply the protector. They declined. When I asked if I could pay for another one, they said they didn't have any more for this model, and that it wouldn't help since the issue is the folding screen. Again, it's a fold 3. I've had it for close to four years with no bubbling issue. The screen wouldn't suddenly start pushing screen protectors off. Especially since the adhesive is on the protector, not the screen. The only reasons it would start bubbling this early would be either it was a bad screen protector, it was put on wrong, or it was folded too early. I asked if they could try again anyways, and just not fold it yet. He said in his "professional opinion" folding it too soon wouldn't cause it to bubble out. I called a different ubreakifix who agreed it should not have been folded yet because obviously if the adhesive hadn't set yet, folding it would cause it to separate. Overall, just a bad experience. (Edit, because I forgot to mention) The white guy with long hair up front also doesn't seem to understand phones. When I said it was a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3, he said he couldn't find that. He could only find the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 5G... because there is not such thing as a non-5G version. He also said that since the screen protector wasn't staying on, I needed to call Samsung and pay to get the whole screen replaced... This is the same guy that blamed the screen for the protector...
Read moreI'm extremely disappointed. My wife's phone stopped working so we contacted Sumsang and they gave us "uBreakiFix" information and was told to contact them to get my phone fixed.
We took the phone to them and were told that it phone needed a new battery and that they contacted Samsung which was going to ship them a battery.
We waited a couple days, no call nothing, so ww called them and they told us that they got the battery and that the phone should be ready that same day Saturday. We waited all day nothing again no call. On Sunday we got a phone call saying that they weren't going to be able to fix the phone and that we should send it to Samsung.
Then the guy went on lying and saying that the phone had some moisture in the charging port and that he cleaned it real good so it won't void the warranty with Sumsang. Lies lies and nothing else but lies.
I don't understand why they can't just be honest and say the truth.
When we went there to pick up the phone I saw another extremely upset customer that apparently had to drive for an hour to get her phone fixed there. Herself, seemed to be fed up with their lies and told me when the guy went inside to get her phone that she would take it somewhere else. She seemed very disappointed.
If you are looking for an honest place to get your phone fixed go anywhere else.
I actually blame Samsung for not doing their homework and trusting such a company with their business. Maybe they need to lose more business so they can spend time on taking care of the customers they already have.
I will for sure leave negative reviews for Sumsang, email them and let them know how disappointed I am with this. I will also share my experience with my thousands of followers on Tiktok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
Next time I buy a phone, it will not be a Samsung for sure.
Please share follow and like for more honest reviews.
Thank...

Locally, the staff was great. Repair was great.
But somehow, without my consent or my knowledge, Asurion enrolled me in 'Asurion Home Plus' insurance. When I called the call center to cancel it, they refused for at least 5 minutes, trying to sell me on the benefits of keeping it. I had to firmly and repetitively, only say 'cancel it' before they finally agreed to actually cancel it. And then they ended up charging me $5.64 for a policy I didn't enroll in. It's theft. I won't ever do business with there again. Sorry staff, asurion did me wrong. It's really disappointing and infuriating.
11/29/22 update: I called and left a message for you at the number provided in your reply. Call has not been returned. I double checked the history of events and I think whoever rang me up at the store for the repair, inadvertently signed me up for asurion home plus. The unwanted service charge appeared on my statement on the same day I paid for the repair in-store. As I recall, the call center I talked to for cancellation mistakenly told me I received a discount for the repair, which I why I was enrolled. That was inaccurate, and the explanation left me confused. At any rate, it is canceled, (albeit not a 100% refund of the policy I didn't want, which is what has left me disenfranchised) and I now believe I must have been enrolled at the store during the checkout, without my knowledge.
Customers should verify they aren't being enrolled during the checkout process. Because even if you don't want it, Asurion...
