Bought a used copy of Street Fighter 5 arcade edition. The download code did not work. Brought it back within 24 hours. Employee refused to refund me so I could purchase Street Fighter 5 instead because the game was not defective. I claimed the game was defective since the case advertised the game as the arcade edition, and I didn't get the arcade edition. The employee then looked at the case to see if it said anything about the access code on it Upon not finding the access code not being mentioned on the case, he then opened the case to reveal the access code in the case. The employee then proceeded to belittle me and tell me that I should have opened the case to see insert that had the access after I told him that I didn't know I needed an access code. I had no idea that the access code was needed until after I purchased the game and opened the case upon getting home. I trusted the store was selling me a working copy of the game to get me the arcade edition. It did not. The 24 hour return for used games at this location is not honored as it was within 24 hours of me bringing the game back. Also, on the receipt of the store that mentions the return policy there is zero mentions about anything mentioning access codes or downloads codes. We will not return here anymore. We had purchased several items in the past. Employee could care less I took a picture of the access code not working. It is a shame. Oh well. Since the store has been open, we've spent close to $300 here and were on pace to spend at least that annually there for the foreseeable future. The arcade edition was $20, and the standard edition was $7. I asked a refund on the arcade edition to then purchade the standard edition. Therefore, a mere asking of the $13 difference between the two games will end causing the store a few thousand in revenue over the course of several years. It makes no sense to me why I couldn't be refunded my purchase to purchase the cheaper version without the access code. The store would have been $13 worse off as a result of the refund and new purchase. I would have spent money there over the course of its existence. They end up losing out on way more money than $13 and now have this negative review for the world to see. Avoid this location to avoid their shady tactics.

This store's pricing policy is in gross violation of Oklahoma state law, Oklahoma pricing law statute: 2-14-38. Gamexchange is repeatedly and intentionally raising the advertised price of their inventory at the cash register. For example, they've put a price tag sticker on a game that says a specific price. You then bring that priced game up to the register. They tell you sorry, but the price of that game is actually higher "in the system" than what the advertised sticker price says on the game itself. They say they cannot honor the sticker price "because the system won't let them." This is ILLEGAL in Oklahoma, and carries not only an audit and fines as a penalty, but also JAIL TIME if it is done intentionally as policy. And the employees at this location made it clear it that it is GameXchange policy to raise marked prices at the register. This is not hearsay or rumor. I've purchased items from this location twice, and both times the items' clearly marked price tags were not honored, and were raised at checkout. Not only that, but as I was checking out, a customer at the register next to me was told her game that was marked with a $25 price tag was actually $40 when she took it to the register. This store needs to be reported to the Oklahoma Consumer Protection Unit immediately. DO NOT shop here.

Wide variety of video games from all consoles. Used games, consoles, and a multitude of other items. Definitely worth a visit. Prices were mostly reasonable but some vintage items definitely have a higher price tag. Was able find a nice variety of funko pops as well that were reasonably priced. Picked up a Drizzt and Guenhwyver combo that I hadn’t seen anywhere else.

This has to be the best place in Oklahoma City to find all those nostalgic goodies that bring you right back home to the good ole days.... I can walk around in here for a while and still keep finding items that mean something to me. Their staff is beyond professional and kind!!! It doesn't matter whether you call for some "old school" education or simply information about what you are interested in, these folks nail it! I have shaken hands, multiple times, with the manager. This guy is a winner, through and through.

I bought around $150.00 worth of merchandise that will stay with me until I perish. Make no mistake, I'll be coming back for more.

My advice: Go here! Meet them! Get lost in all the goodies they have and probably walk out with more than just what you paid for. What I mean is this: You will, likely, walk out having learned something or have found out they actually carry stuff you had forgotten about.

I have an example of something. It's a big deal to me. This shows how awesome they are...... I bought an item, which had the price on it (sticker price). They scanned it....BOOM!!! Prices update in the system. Guess what! They made it right and kept their integrity by not charging me the additional price. I PAID FOR WHAT THE STICKER PRICE SAID!!!!! These people are so honest and fair. I don't know any of them personally, but it wouldn't hurt my feelings to make friends.

Anyway, here's my point: I will always come here for all my interests in the gaming world. They have much more than just games, man! They have consoles, monitors, cables needed for almost any device....

Listen, don't take my word for it. Go meet them for yourself. I assure you, you'll probably end up walking out with goodies and, maybe, make a friend or two.

Very cool place!!!!

Following up: There has never been a place that brings more comfort, while maintaining professionalism. I mean this from management down. They are always so kind. If I lack knowledge, I get an education. I was there, recently, and made a purchase. The label gave a number; it rang up a different number......check this out, and listen to me!... They match what they say! These people are great!

I recommend any person go here for that "retro feel" and a taste of nostalgia of...

Golly gee! How I love this establishment!

Oh boy, where do I even begin? First of all, this store has an exquisite selection of video games and other memorabilia and merchandise. It's selection is un-paralleled to any other used video gaming retailer within some miles of this location. Secondly, the staff here are fantastic, and go well above and beyond to meet any customers needs! (other than the rotund leprechaun-like man who ruins the store(Triston if I recall correctly)) I love the atmosphere of the store, including, but definitely not limited to the enjoyable music, as well as the friendly greetings during my entrance each and every time. I also appreciate how that always have ample entertainment playing on the big screen television within the main area of the store, especially the tiny little food cooking show as I find it quite amusing. I only wish the place did not reek of the Wacky Tobaccy aka the Mary J as I do not wish to get some kind of second-hand high or contact high while handling their wares. I especially love seeing some of the wacky items they take in. I have seen a robotic alien, cassette tapes, a CRT TV (I was not aware of any establishment that would handle these in the modern day). I do just wish they would lay off of the "adult memorabilia" such as the erotic anime and mangas. I will have to see if the store is willing and able to purchase my vintage soup can collection as I have some rare ones going back to the 1930s which I believe would fetch a fairly high price on the market. I do wish to say that I hope they would carry more high end speaker systems. I have browsed their audio equipment, but the selection is just a smidgen lacking for my refined cochlear senses. I would highly recommend browsing the awe-inspiring wares of this fine establishment and supporting to your utmost capabilities. I personally have made it the only place that I browse used video gaming items. It is an amazing store which I can not recommend to any more substantial degree.

And with this, I...
