I've been several times and enjoy the variety, but the past couple trips I've been disappointed. A good chunk of their plant pots are cracked, which I get stuff happens but surprised that it's that many. Today though really frustrated me. "All pots and planters buy one get one 50%" is literally what the signage in the store says. I picked out a total of six pots from the sections the signage was in. However when I got to checkout, only one pot rang up as 50%, so 1/3 of my pots qualified (maybe 1/3 plus one, but the cashier either couldn't tell or had no visibility). And these were not random one-offs that we're stashed in the pots section, the ones I picked out were one of many in the section. After saying they'd been having issues, she stood there waiting for me to decide. Typically I would think someone would be called to confirm if the system is working correctly or override. After she started fidgeting/tapping her fingers, I decided to not buy the most expensive two. While she was wrapping the rest up in paper (grateful she did that), I suggested giving her managers feedback about the signage falsely saying all pots and planters. She said that they were also having issues with the other boho 50% off for the patio furniture so "they're aware." That didn't sit well with me. Either they're aware and don't care to be accurate, or she doesn't want to take the time...
Read moreVery disappointed in this store and specifically the manager on duty. I came in for a specific side table that I saw online on their website. When I got there, two very nice sales people helped me hunt it down as there was only one left. The one that was left had a significant hole in the back of it (the size of a golf ball). It had gone completely through the back and out the other side. The two sales people who originally helped me suggested I ask the manager to discount the table. I asked how much they would sell it to me for and one told me $15 and the other told me $20. I get up to the front and the female blonde manager doesn’t give me the time of day. It took me asking her to come up to the front to SEE the table for her to actually come meet me face to face rather than scream over the walkie talkie. Very unprofessional. This is a store known for its discounted home decor and asking me to pay close to a sale’s price at $40 for a broken table that was 1 foot by 1 foot is absolutely ridiculous. There was not a single sales person that I talked to that thought that table was worth $40. Also, train your managers to treat people like...
