Selim, Micheal, and Jose were SOOOOO kind and helpful to me during my shopping trip! Wow, I highly recommend Marshall’s in Oldsmar FL!!! Stop pushing your store credit card on people !!!!! It’s all a lie they probably get commission the way they harrass and beg you to get one my cashier even high fived her fellow employee right in front of me that she sucked me into the scam and then it’s always ALWAYS not approved due to “needing more information” excuse even with excellent credit score and after they waste your time holding up the line and running a hard inquiry on your credit with the fake promise of 10% off they say “well you can actually use it next time when you get your new card in the mail”. But they promise you can get the discount right then if you apply. Stop wasting people’s time with false promises . Several of the employees at this location should not be working in retail and customer service. Every time i shop at marshalls/tjmaxx i spend at least 100-300$. The cashier ( an old european woman with short reddish brown hair who works register 6) treated me like a criminal when i tried to return an item. She tried to refuse to return the item because i didnt have a reciept even though that is against store policy. She gave me a rude and aggressive attitude for no reason. The manager tried to back her up and ended up having to return the item still.
