I dislike people who are being disrespectful when you are trying to help them instead of leaving a review. I found this place by accident, I was shopping in the plaza of this location, I was hungry; why not. I ordered and waited 3.5 minutes for my fresh food. Their sign states 1/2 lb of gizzards and fries for $8.99. That's NOT what I was charged. I called the number on the receipt and that’s when things went sideways. The lady wanted me to call another place, she stated they have several locations. Here's a thought, place the proper contact on the stores receipts instead of using one stores location for all. Secondly, so you have different pricing for each location? I get a small difference between stores but the way she made it sound wasn't impressive nor something Id be interested in. I've been struggling to review this place. This is a newer restaurant, and the owner is super nice and friendly and simply wants to make his business work in this economy, which can be hard to do. I love food. The food was good. It's not great, nothing to rave about, unfortunately. Personally, I think the menu offers a LOT...maybe too much? I would keep it simple and perfEct key items. For example, I ordered a salad and chicken gyro. The tzatziki fell flat to me. Other reviewers seemed to feel the same. Tasting hints of garlic, and cucumber were not there. Those extra ingredients (to me), help! Salads with color and substance...red onion, beets, Peppercini, not only make for a beautiful salad, but all the flavors.The price point was good! Give it a try for sure!!! I hope for this business to thrive, but I feel they need to focus more on quality...

We have eaten here multiple times since they opened. The last couple of times, the food did not live up to what we were used to! Tonight we ordered burgers and a fish sandwich. My 9 year old son would not even take a bite of his burger. He asked, “Do they have new people in the kitchen?” I asked, “why?” He said the burger was burnt and he didn’t want it. I went to my burger… they slapped a piece of cheese over a burnt burger and threw some translucent onions and pickles on the bottom of a microwaved bun. My husband’s fish sandwich had old wilted lettuce on it…. He took a couple of bites and found it unbeatable. He called them and decided to return it.
