Ulta Beauty — Local services in Oldsmar

If I could leave zero stars I would. I had lash clusters done TWO days ago by Ashley explaining I wanted something to last more than a day or two as I was heading out of town to renew my vows. She said okay, picked lashes and glue and began doing my lashes. When I got home, two were raised a bit, easy fix, pushed them down a bit thinking I must have moved my eyes too soon. Then next day (on the flight) lost two clusters. Fixed with the glue I bought (nothing recommended by the way) and moved on this morning woke up to FIVE more clusters out. Called to talk to the store manager, useless. She said that they aren’t meant to last, meanwhile that’s exactly what the description says on their site. I am now going to have to spend more to have them redone (never again at Ulta) and the lack of empathy and customer was astounding from the manager. There are way too many other choices to shop from, don’t give your money to them, especially for services from this location and definitely do not use Ashley as she clearly is incapable of doing a...

Natasha was amazing and so was Paula. I had an exchange and they were an absolute pleasure!!!worked in cosmetics for many years. I love going to Ulta it is the Disneyland of cosmetics! Every time I come in everyone is friendly and helpful. However yesterday I had an experience that I've never had before. When I walked in the door I was greeted by Chelsea the operations manager. She helped me five different times with a big smile on her face. She had a fantastic fragrance on I asked her what it was she brought it to me and I bought it. She also suggested another one and I bought it. She was very knowledgeable very friendly very informative she went Above and Beyond on every level it was also my birthday and she let me pick a present from the choices. As I said normally everyone is helpful and friendly at this location but Chelsea brought it to a whole other level! She made everything fun! I’ve been to the store many many many times and I have never had an experience like I had today and it was all due to an employee named Khiara ( I hope I spelled her name right) Sometimes when you walk into stores like Ulta Sephora, you can feel overwhelmed and a little intimidated but today I felt anything but that! She help me a check out, Questions that I had about my purchases, offered suggestions She didn’t try to sell me only high and products either which was so nice for once! She’s helped me find products that she knew were good products and that would work. She also Suggested techniques and assisted with the app. She was also super aware that it was my birthday in two days and wished me happy birthday! This was the best experience I’ve had at the store and I will return because of her!
