I am not big on reading reviews or leaving reviews, but the experience I had with this business is absolutely shocking and I will be reading reviews from here on out. Hopefully someone will see this and the other similar reviews before ordering- I have attached pictures for reference.
I called a day prior to placing my order to clarify if the picture I was seeing online- would be exactly what I would receive. The man who answered assured me they will do their best, and the pictures they have online is actually their “deluxe” option. So I accidentally assumed the “premium” option would be a bit bigger, more extravagant than the photo. When I say my mouth dropped when I saw this bouquet I ordered for my mom’s birthday, I was at a loss for words. I was and still am completely dumbfounded on how someone would think the bouquet was worth $125 (after shipping).
When I called to ask about the false advertisement, the man simply told me he could refund me $20 or have the flowers picked up. That’s it. I took the offer and hung up. After staring at the online picture, and the sad bouquet in front of me, I decided Publix would more than likely have something better for the $20 refund. When I called back, my call was initially forwarded two times before the man finally answered. When he did, I told him I changed my mind and would leave the flowers outside of my front door. I actually didn’t even finish my sentence before he hung up on me. It was so unprofessional and rude, I’ve never been in a situation where the customer service was at an all time low such as this particular encounter. I call three more times, all three calls forwarded. At this point, I see they are a 20 minutes away and I start to get ready to drop the bouquet off myself.
I receive a text from a random number as I am about to walk out of my door asking me to leave the flowers outside, someone will be picking them up shortly. When I asked about the refund, no reply.
I see today that I was refunded everything but the $17 delivery fee. I also see many reviews saying they never got the refund for the delivery fee either. If the man answering the phone wasn’t so appalling, I’d call to dispute this charge, luckily that’s what we have banks for!
If an order cannot be fulfilled, that should be communicated. If something is unavailable, that should be communicated. Forwarding phone calls and hanging up on customers is the last thing any business should feel...
Read moreI ordered flowers for a coworker (who was a florist for over a decade) and the flowers were delivered almost completely brittle and dead, looking absolutely nothing like the picture. The bottoms weren’t cut so the flowers were wilting after one day and most of the arrangement were random leaves. The lady who dropped them off was in and out the door so fast I didnt even get to look at them before she was leaving. I called and told them that I was unhappy with what I had paid for and the man offered to replace the flowers which I thought was nice. He was very rude on the phone and acted like it was an inconvenience to replace them, didn’t even know where they were going I had to give him my address before he hung up on me. I called at 9 am and the new flowers weren’t delivered until 12:45 pm. When I called around noon to ask where the flowers were the man got another attitude with me and said he was making them right now. I asked if he could call me when they’re on their way and I got another attitude and a text. Finally they got delivered and the arrangement does look beautiful but not what I ordered originally, not to mention the bottoms again are not cut so the flowers are already starting to die and it’s only been a few hours. And again the woman just drops them off and runs out the door. If she would’ve stayed I would’ve told her that is still not what I ordered and the bottoms weren’t cut. Instead of filling the vase with the flowers that I ordered they filled them with random pieces of leaves to make it look fuller. I paid $90 for dead flowers, a leaf arrangement, and a man with an attitude. Don’t buy from here if you want to be...
Read moreI ordered a beautiful arrangement with red roses, lilies, and gerbera daisies in a glass vase with satin ribbon. I paid extra for the medium size. It was supposed to arrive by 2:30pm. At 3:30pm, the florist called my girlfriend, told her she was getting flowers, and verified when she would be leaving work. They told her they would try to get it there by 5pm before she left. They then preceded to tell her it was a last minute order, so they would do the best they could with what they had leftover and to not expect it to look like the picture. Wow, thanks! She messaged me and told me to change florists! I then called and changed the delivery address to our house, since she wouldn't be getting them in time to enjoy them at work. At 4:45pm when she's gone, she gets a call from the delivery driver saying they are at the front desk. She says to either refund or deliver to the house as requested. Flash forward...they finally get delivered at approximately 7pm while we're at dinner. We come home to find the saddest flower arrangement one could possibly conceive. It contains some small, browning yellow roses surrounded by cheap carnations in a cardboard box. They were right, not remotely like the picture, yet they still charged me for the bouquet I ordered (over $50 before delivery)!!! I will never do business with this florist again. If you cannot honor an order when placed, simply tell the person that the flowers are...
