Edit: The D.M. called and refunded my money. He said that he is working with the crew to get them to take the mobile orders more seriously. I went back and got a sandwich and it was fine, so...
I placed a mobile order at 7:22 from their parking lot. I was parked right in front of the door and could see into the store. When my ticket printed up, the young girl with the light brown hair threw her hands up and looked mad. She grabbed at the bread pans and the sandwich wrappers and slammed them down pretty rough. Then, she made every single one of my 5 sandwiches wrong. My foot long meatball sub had 3 tiny, dried out, burnt up meatballs on it with no marinara sauce at all. Apparently, they ran low on Meatballs hours ago and instead of putting out more, they just left the last 3 to burn up before sticking them on my foot long. My 4 six inch sandwiches were all either missing sauce that I selected on the app or were drenched in heave mayo, even though I selected "less mayo" and we're very thin and light on the vegetables even though I selected "more" of multiple veggies. My turkey sandwich was on Italian bread instead of Multi grain. Myself and every one of my children were extremely disappointed and of course the store was closed by the time I got home, so I couldn't call and complain or get my food re-made. My kids all have school in the morning so they had to eat their dry meatball, covered in mayo with almost no veggie disgusting sandwiches and then go to bed. I am angry that I wasted my money on Subway who employs lazy teenagers with attitude who don't even try to do their job. They were 40 minutes away from closing when I placed my order and other customers were coming in when I was leaving with my order, so there is no excuse for them not wanting to make my order and messing it up because they were mad that I placed an order.
If Subway doesn't want my money, I'll take it...
Read moreArrived at the store at 8:35 pm on 4-21-2020. Immediately when I entered an employee later identified as Mattie, aggressively ordered her co-worker to turn off the open sign. She was extremely rude throughout the whole experience. When asked for the corporate office number, she rudely replied " We don't have a corporate office." When asked for the district manager number she was very abrasive and stated " We don't have a District manager." I then asked if she had a store manager and she said yes and said their name in a mumbled voice that I could not understand. I have been a regular customer to subway for years and have never received service at this level. The protein bowl was below standard as was her attitude. In my anger, I did say they would never have to worry about me visiting that store again. With all the subways in my area, this may be a reality. It is unfortunate that a store owner would have to place their business and reputation in the hands of young people who...
Read moreAt least as far as this location and any other location owned by this owner I will not patronize. I have never been treated so rudely & had my voice dismissed as it was yesterday. I ordered my sub through app, on way to work and when I got there just before pickup time was told my sub was not ready and we do not make mobile orders for out of state phone numbers. That is ridiculous! Sheryl Moore stated she called my phone, I never received a call, she said me getting funds back was not her problem and I should take up with the mobile app. In todays day and age who honestly has a local number as to where they live? And if you are going to call don’t you think it would be wise to leave a voicemail for proof or verification. Apparently a man by the name of Mohit owns this location. I will not ever return which is sad because I have gone to this location for...
