SCAMMERS! Took my zero turn mower there on the 1st of June. The guy says a week or two, they are really busy. Called me on June 12th quoting a price of $175... I ask they guy what was wrong? " changed out fuel lines basically a tune up". Called a few weeks later to get an update. The guy on phone said something about blades, I said what does blades have to do with not starting. I was told it needed a tune up. The guy then says "we can take the blades off and subtract $15 per blade off your bill" I said I was never called about blades but if it needs to be done go ahead. Then a day or so later I received a call saying the blades didn't fit they order the wrong blades! I'm thinking didn't you say that you would remove them and subtract $15 per blade! DRUM ROLL ! I get another call "When we were testing your mower the belt broke an damaged your fan! "So I have to order a belt and new fan". I said I asked you guys to check my belts that's a hell of a coincidence! He states they will eat the cost for labor and I have to pay for parts. Weeks go by I decided to get face to face with someone. The guy ask how can help you, just checking on my mower. Looked me up and showed me they have my fan on order just waiting for it to arrive. A few days later I received a text with my order # and a $0 balance.......go and picked it up they guy drove up on my trailer. Get it home same worn belt and the same fan! Kept my mower from June 1st until yesterday! July 12th! They didn't do anything to my mower! This place was not my original place because of some of the the reviews , the original place was closed on Saturdays. Thanks so much for the learning experience and not charging me for the lesson! I would never trust the place for any...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBrought my Stihl BR 800 in because the spring on the choke had broke and I also told them that the throttle cable was binding up making the blower go from 100% RPMs down to 80 and back to 100. After a few days they called and told me it was ready to be picked up. I get the blower home, the spring is fixed but Iām still having the same issue with the RPMs. I checked my receipt and noticed that nothing was done to the throttle cable. My fault⦠I should have checked this before I left the store with it. So I take it back and tell them whatās going on again. After a few days I get a call telling me that theyāre not having any issues with the RPMs and that itās running at 100% all the time. So I go back to pick it up and get it home, crank it up and lo and behold the exact same thing is happening. I even asked the guy did he swing the tube back-and-forth while they were trying to diagnose the problem⦠After a few second pause he says oh yea thatās what are we did šā¦ā¦I can literally feel the throttle trigger getting tight while swinging the tube back and forth which tells me the cable is binding up somewhere. Anyways, I guess Iāll take it to hernando equipment and let Waylon handle it. Lesson...

Several times they could've upsold me and didnt, steering me to the right but cheaper option. They've given me so much advice and instruction, even on things I haven't bought or serviced here. They gave me the bottom dollar price on my mower and I was quoted up to $1k above them everywhere else I got quotes at. I've shopped 300 miles around Memphis and I promise you, you aren't going to find a more trustworthy and helpful dealer. Buy here and save yourself the time...
