Refrain from visiting this establishment. I arrived this evening and the manager, who was handling my order, took it. I informed her that I would not proceed with the order as I suspected she was misrepresenting the ingredients. I estimated that she used approximately seven strings of barbacoa and six pieces of honey chicken. After the employee stood there for an extended period, I decided to cancel the order and spend my money elsewhere. I may consider returning during daylight hours.
Edit The Service leaders name is Shey or Shay she is very rude and has a terrible attitude. She doesn’t deserve a position in management because she doesn’t have business or customer skills. I visited today August 7th 2025. I walked through the line. I asked for half barbacoa and half honey chipotle chicken. Then I got to the register and they wanted to charge me for full when I didn’t even ask for full. So they she went to get the girl who took my order and the girl said that I said full which I did not. Which I was on the phone at the time and I asked the person whom I was on the phone with did I say that she said no. So it seems the worker just was just doing as wanted. So the manager threw away the plate and said that I would have to get it remade. So she threw it away which was wasteful. Disgraceful!!! So then the customers and the workers were like why would she throw it away she could have just given you it. They were all confused. Which I waited for a while because she said they were going to remake my food but they never did so I left so now you made a loss on sales and profit because you created a loss situation and failed to rectify the situation. Never…this place deserves better management! Shay is terrible!

Going forward there should be training on customer service, p&l, emotional intelligence and training, loss of repeat business, hospitality and communication!

My initial experiences with Chipotle were marred by significant issues, including the absence of my chips and guacamole, as well as the receipt of old and dry proteins in my first three orders. When I reached out to customer service, I encountered an automated system with limited responses, which informed me that refunds were not possible. Instead, I was offered store credit for the missing items, which proved ineffective as the problem persisted when I attempted to reorder… meaning I once again did not receive my chips and guacamole on all three occasions. I decided to give Chipotle another opportunity and placed a delivery order through their app. However, upon arrival, the driver was informed that my order had already been picked up, and she was forced to remove herself from the order. After multiple attempts to contact the store, I finally spoke with a customer service representative, who demonstrated a lack of professionalism and helpfulness. She suggested that I contact my delivery driver, despite me telling her about the store's earlier misinformation and them sending her away. This conversation continued for 15 minutes with her lying and telling me that my order was in flight (I’m looking at the app that’s showing order is waiting for pick up). * I have the whole conversation recorded* She then proceed to place me on a prolonged hold while she attempts to contact the non-existing delivery driver. Ultimately, I received a notification that my order had been canceled, and the representative failed to return to the call… mind you it’s been two hours since I placed the order. It is concerning that the store intentionally provided false information to my delivery driver, claiming that my order had been picked up when, in reality, they had not prepared or handed over my order. I’ve been to many many locations across Colorado, Arizona, California, New Mexico , Georgia and now Mississippi. It has always been my go to for fresh good food at a good price. I work 3rd shift (10p-8am.)I was stoked and really excited to see you guys at my local shop were now staying open until 11. But I guess it was my mistake of coming in earlier tonight at 9:30pm while heading to my job. Not only were u guys out of : cheese, fajita veggies, sour cream and chicken, sofritas, and down to one scoop of brown rice. I understand maybe y’all weren’t prepared for the customers who come in between 9 and closed but your evening staff was atrocious, they were certainly rude to me, I came in hoping for a chicken bowl but I left empty handed cuz usually I would understand being out of my preferred protein and ask for a quesadilla, but that was not an option with y’all being out of cheese as well. I was polite when I said never mind but your staff was just rude. It’s obvious you evening team must hate their job because they didn’t take any pride in speaking to customers like we mattered .
