Let me begin with how impressive this place is!! My daughter’s prom kind of snuck up on me and she hasn’t mentioned it so I simply forgot...mom of the year...I know. Anyway, last Sunday we decided that morning to go shopping and we’re determined to find a dress that day! We went to several!! Lola B’s was our second stop & we walked in & were cheerfully greeted by a staff member. Very upbeat and she asked for any details...what don’t you like or what do you love, etc. She encouraged us to look and said they would pull a few and go ahead and start a fitting room for my daughter. We made it to the second rack and she returned to let me know they had already pulled everything around her sizes and criteria she’d given them to go by. We decided to halt and begin to try on. Holy smokes!! They had so many dresses pulled and placed in the room it looked like a princess dream dress up room!!! My daughter quickly began trying on and ruled out any she didn’t care for. There were 2 young ladies helping us; I didn’t get their names but one had blondish-brown hair & wearing Vans high tops. And the other had like a sable brown long very curly hair and the sweetest sprinkling of freckles across her nose and cheeks. They were so kind, so accommodating and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. Ultimately she didn’t find the one she wanted there but, either way, these ladies deserve some recognition. Whatever their doing at that shop, it’s totally working!! They were very professional while also smiling and really interacting with customers on a personal level. They put their customers at ease and we’re super helpful without being in your face. I did tell them how much I appreciated them taking the time to help us and what a great job they did! Way to...

If I could give 100 stars I would!! After spending hours and hours driving all over Memphis looking for a dress. Finding nothing that was just right. My daughter made an appointment with Lola B Boutique. They only see you by appointment which is amazing, because you get the one on one, personal attention you don't get anywhere else. We went today and everything about our experience was great. The girl working with my daughter could not have been any nicer or more helpful than she was. (Sorry I don't remember her name, Visited Sunday, January 30 at 1:30pm) She greeted us with a smile and started asking all the right questions to get the perfect dress. She helped some dresses to get my daughter to try on. During the whole trying on process she helped out with zippers, suggestions, and even taking pictures on my daughter's phone. She suggested earrings to compliment each dress. After my daughter found the perfect dress, we were recommended a seamstress to do some minor alterations. I'm a dad and have taken my daughter to buy 5 or 6 different dresses over the past few years. This experience was above and beyond anything we have ever experienced!!!
