Home Outlet has been a staple use for us with the Remodeling of our new home. We have purchased so far our front door, temporary back door, and now our flooring to complete the house. This location is very helpful in picking floors and answering questions. I would have given them 5 stars but the representative Chris told us that he would help us out the last time with setting up a Pro Account with them so that we would receive discounts and perks for large purchases but he never did. Also, today 10/4/22 when purchasing the flooring he said that he helped us by using his discount and that was not true. We paid full pricing for the flooring. It took another associate to help us. I was not happy about that when we could have saved 5%-10% on $4100. That is twice he lied to us. We still have to purchase tiles and vanities but we are on the fence about going back to this location because of the dishonesty of this employee. As first time homeowners we are striving to not only make bulk purchasing but keeping your word for help is also an important factor when spending money. We are expecting to receive the perks and discounts promised. That helps us to continue to bring our business there, as well as family and friends who may be looking to purchase.

I drove from TN and bought x20 boxes flooring since they were out at my store. They loaded the wrong floor. I called immediately after I got back home and the guy I talked to was nasty from the start - very demanding like he’s never had a girlfriend before. It was bad.

He’s been nasty to me this whole time, now he’s saying some guy named Bob drove to my house to replace it but I’ve been here all day and even had a friend over helping me lay flooring - the whole purpose of me buying flooring. I have x2 boxes of the right stuff left.

I literally talked to my dad on the phone and laid flooring all day. You can literally see the wrong boxes on the back of my truck right in my drive - and I’ll include a picture.

I told this guy, I said I can’t believe you’re talking to me this way when you made a mistake. He’s absolutely rotten! Shut the whole place down. Dude’s only response was a bunch of nasty texts and accusing me of not having my phone on me. I was literally in the living room and answered when my neighbor knocked. Take some responsibility for your screw up instead of blaming me when you screwed up! I’ve been here all day. I had to skip church to be available for this nonsense - and that’s not my job.

I was referred here by my contractor because the service and quality were supposed to be good. However, I have not had a good experience with the store and have had great difficulty receiving my kitchen cabinets. I ordered my cabinets on July 10th and was told that they would be in by July 25th. I have been promised three weeks in a row that it will be in by the following Tuesday.
