U S Nails — Local services in Olive Branch

Well, today was my first time in a nail salon. As a man in the US there's a bit of a stigma for guys going to get a manicure or pedicure. I went today because it was my grandma's birthday, and I wanted her to be pampered. She loves coming here, and told me the only way she was going today was if I got a Mani/Pedi too!! 🤣🤣 Naturally, I couldn't refuse her.

The ladies were great, and everyone in the salon got a good laugh (including me) when I jumped and started laughing because my feet are so ticklish. Unfortunately, I don't know the name of the lady who took care of my pedicure, but she was outstanding! I wish I'd done this decades ago when my job was standing on my feet all night in the casino!! I promised them I'd be back again (with grandma of course, because they love her and take really good care of her), and I think this will become a regular outing. Bravo ladies!

I received a pedicure and it was good . My problem with the business is when I used my form of payment, debit card and it was accepted, the nail tech gave me a card that is used as a perk when you make your 20th visit, the service is free. She did not check the service I got that day due to me paying with a debit card. I asked why and she stated that sometimes the card machine is down and that they prefer cash. I asked her why does that matter if my payment was accepted at my time of service. She went on to repeat what she initially said which didn’t make sense at all. I will not patronize this...

I am extremely disappointed with my pedicure! The nail technician did a very poor job. My entire pedicure was complete in less than 20 mins. She paid so much attention to the flow of traffic coming in the store that she did somethings to one foot and completely forgot to do the same to my other foot! I didn't get a base coat on my nails and even though I wasn't happy when I said thank you she just pointed to the nail dry area! I am just visiting in the area and I won't ever come here again I would rather travel out of my way for better service! Don't waste you time or money here! Over priced and...
