First time experience working with this company. Purchased a new PC and monitor. Communication with Mike from start to finish was stellar. I was exceptionally happy with his recommendation for my new unit. He didn't try to upsell to something I didn't need. Transfer of data was a two day turnaround. A few months ago, I was experiencing problems with my printer. Mike from Falls PC Clinic came out and not only fixed that problem, but took care of some other annoying software glitches. Mike also indicated that the mechanical hard drive was really struggling at times, and recommended upgrading to solid state. Just got that done at Falls PC Clinic. I used Falls PC Clinic to replace two hard drives in my PC and transfer all my data from the old drives to the new ones. They also updated my operating system from Windows 7 to Windows 10.

Based on past experience with other computer repair companies, I was expecting to have problems with the new OS and programs not running properly. Not this time! Mike Harb made sure my machine was running at peak performance when it left his shop.
