Falls Ice Cream — Restaurant in Olmsted Falls

Being that I live in Olmsted Falls, this ice cream shop is conveniently located amongst other local shops in a beautiful area. The ice cream at the shop is pretty good and most of the staff is quite friendly, however, with the exception of an older woman who is typically found operating the cash register. I have visited this shop many times over a duration of two years, and every time I am there, she is rude and abrasive. Her communication with patrons of the shop is hurtful and unprofessional. After an incident my fiancé, father, and I had with her today, I can safely say that this will be my last time visiting the shop. They have good ice cream, but they are rude. Whoever the teenage boy is they hired really should learn some manners. God forbid you ask for a lid. I did because I wanted to put it in my freezer and eat it later, and he got visibility upset and slammed my ice cream down on the counter. My husband ordered a child size and I ordered a junior. They looked exactly the same, and even the person at the counter said, "Two child sizes," and he made her charge us extra for a junior he didn't scoop correctly. They usually weigh their ice cream. So I go to the Falls ice cream shop almost every day! And let me tell you, they don't skip a beat. The customer service, as well as the delicious ice cream that is served, is always appreciated 💙💜💙💜 the staff at this cute little whole in the wall located in cute little Ole olmsted falls are absolutely phenomenal! They always are so happy to help and quick, and did I say the ice cream was absolutely delicious because it is. Lol.
