I could not recommend The Rift Shop more! I purchased a onesie for my baby while visiting family in Cleveland from out of town. When we went to try it on once we got home, it was enormously too small and it appeared that the sizing was off. I contacted Jeremy, the owner, just to let him know. The onesie was quite inexpensive and we had someone we could give it to, so I wasn't worried about compensation; I simply wanted to make him aware that he might want to check the sizing. He was hugely empathetic and apologetic and, even though I needed nothing, he sent a larger size, at no cost, to me in Philadelphia. The onesie is of course adorable and I'm so grateful. It's obvious that Jeremy cares about his business and his customers and I will absolutely visit them again the next time I'm in town. Please go support this...

A gym waiting to be discovered. Lived in Olmsted falls for over 30 years and just discovered this delightful little shop. Filled with artisan made products that are unique and beautiful.

The people that make these items donate their time to run the register every month. Not only do you get to discover fabulous items but you get to talk to the artist that make them.

They go beyond professional in their manufacturing process. You have to stop in and see.

Eclectic items from local homemakers and artists. Really cool place to go to kill an afternoon or find something unique. They advertise the seller's contact information with their products, so a lot of them encourage you to contact them directly for personalized orders- because you're really buying from your local neighbors. I bought a sewn wallet one week, only to return to find them sold out. I contacted Connie, the artist, and she made me two more personalized wallets by the next week!!! awesome!! Really...
