My husband and I had a late lunch there today. We were greeted at the door by our server who took good care of us. We were the only people in the dining room and were seated at a booth. The table was so far away from the seating that it made it hard to eat at our table. We had to scoot way up to the edge of the booth seat or lean way out to reach the table. I was almost comical. They have been open for awhile and any decent manager should have fixed this by now. He ordered the fajitas and I ordered the alfredo and shrimp spaghetti. His fajitas did not come with any salsa, sour cream or guacamole. The beans tasted funny and blan. The rice had zero flavor. There was no seasoning on the meat that he could see or taste. Overall it was edible, but very boring and tasteless. My alfredo and shrimp spaghetti was gross! The alfredo sauce tasted like an unseasoned roux (Flour, milk, and oil). Absolutely no alfredo taste (butter, heavy cream, and parmesan cheese). A grilled italian garlic bread that was pictured with it on the menu, but what I got was plane sandwich bread out of a toaster. It would have been more fitting to go with a side off eggs for breakfast. Again, the bread had no flavor other than margarine. The picture also showed 12 shrimp on it, mine came with 7. I can see one or two, but it was short almost half. I took 2 bites from it and one bite of the toast and pushed it away. When our waitress offered a take home box, I told her no thank you and told her it wasn't good now and would not be any better later. She said she would let "them" know that we didn't like it. No adjustments were made to our bill for something that was not eaten, and no manager came out to talk with us. Management clearly didn't care....

If you're craving authentic Mexican cuisine, Pueblo Bonito Mexican Grill is a must-visit! From the moment you walk in, the warm and inviting atmosphere, adorned with colorful decor and traditional artwork, sets the stage for a delightful dining experience.

The menu is a treasure trove of classic Mexican dishes, each prepared with care and bursting with flavor. I highly recommend the carne asada; the marinated steak is grilled to perfection and served with fresh guacamole and homemade tortillas. The enchiladas are another standout, generously filled and topped with a rich, savory sauce that will have you coming back for more.

One of the highlights of my visit was the exceptional service. The staff at Pueblo Bonito are friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food they serve. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations, ensuring we had a memorable dining experience.

To top it all off, the margaritas are a must-try! They are expertly crafted, refreshing, and the perfect complement to any meal.

Overall, Pueblo Bonito Mexican Grill is a fantastic spot for anyone looking to enjoy delicious Mexican food in a welcoming environment. Whether you're dining with family, friends, or on a special occasion, this restaurant is sure to impress. I can't wait to return and explore more of their offerings! Highly...

Pueblo Bonito was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, the warm and vibrant atmosphere set the stage for a fantastic meal. The service was nothing short of exceptional—prompt, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making us feel right at home. The food was a perfect, offering incredible value for the price. The fresh fruit margaritas are amazing. There Mango margarita will forever be my favorite. We started with chips, guacamole, and salsa, which were fresh and bursting with flavor—the salsa, in particular, had just the right kick and depth of flavor. The tacos were a highlight, perfectly seasoned and packed with authentic Mexican flavors and the perfect textures. The birria ramen was a creative and delicious surprise, blending rich, savory broth with tender meat in a way that was pure comfort food. The ribeye with chilaquiles was another winner, with the juicy, well-cooked steak paired beautifully with the spicy chilaquiles. The only slight miss was the ceviche, which didn’t quite live up to my standards, but it was still enjoyable. Overall, Pueblo Bonito delivers an outstanding dining experience with top-notch food, great service, and unbeatable prices. I can’t wait to return for another round of their mouthwatering dishes! Highly recommend! This is being added to our...

Pretty good nice little spot. Authentic as far as I can tell and they have American food selection if you're not feeling adventurous. For me, I think the food was average but not bad. Though the chips and salsa I really liked, I could tell the cilantro was fresh and it had a more earthy flavor that other salsas don't. Note: I was a bit sick from allergies so my taste buds could be off on this visit. It's not something that blew my mind but good Authentic Mexican. I'd come here again to try some more, especially since it's in a convenient location.

Great find! The food was very good - the complexity of flavors and fresh ingredients were a level above similar kinds of Mexican restaurants. Even the drinks were much better than the norm, with fresh mint and fruit. Yet prices were very reasonable! The menu has lots of other items, from steak and catfish to shrimp Alfredo, but we liked the enchiladas and tacos. Definitely will return.
