Blackstone Corner — Local services in Omaha

Getting a tour at this complex was extremely complicated. The first tour we scheduled got canceled the day of (without reason), after we drove an hour to Omaha to see it. For the second tour we scheduled, the woman who was giving us the tour arrived 30 minutes late without apology. We had to call the management company several times to figure out when she would arrive and let us inside. The tour lasted a whole 5 minutes and was very unprofessional. The woman giving us the tour did not ask if we had questions and was rushing through like she had better things to do. Lastly, the hallways did not smell clean and the lobby had a wig on one of the tables which was disgusting. Overall, it was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience here.
