Huge store that was impeccable! Employees were super nice and helpful! My dad is 6’4 and loves that they carry Big & Tall sizes! The clothing is made from good quality fabric and will last if the proper washing instructions are followed! Duluth was having a huge 4th of July sale and was very picked over. Not many men’s sizes left, especially in the men’s bottoms. An employee even checked in the back for additional sizes and said they were sold out. But she offered to do an online order for us and had everything shipped to our house in VA! This was so helpful as we were flying home and limited on space. I love how patriotic this company is and appreciate them offering a military discount! My dad a veteran was thrilled to get his military discount on top of the sale items! Due to them offering a military discount on top of the sale price my dad actually went back to pickup a few tops that he liked! So well...

I have been a catalog customer for years and so was excited to get up to the new store in Omaha. I liked being able to see the merchandise that I have only viewed in the catalog/online. I agree with another reviewer that the employees were not very friendly or attentive. One woman did say hello, but NO one asked if they could help me, or if I was finding what I was looking for. Which, by the way I didn't. Now I know it is the end of summer, and I understand marketing for the fall and winter; but I was so hoping to find some summer items on sale. Usually my favorite retail stores will have a sale area and offer great bargains. Nope, not this store. So I left feeling less than satisfied with my trip to Omaha Duluth Trading Company. I went in to pick up an online order that per 2 different emails from Duluth Trading was waiting for me. However when I got there, after 2 checks of their store I was told that the item was not there. The employee that I spoke to said that they would go get the manager, but they subsequently came back and told me there was nothing that they could do and that the manager was busy. A chat session with Customer Service finally broke the logjam. Apparently the item wouldn't scan in so they had placed it in their problem/hold area. Which you would think they would have checked but I guess they didn't. End result was that they delivered it to my house.
