I went for salt therapy. The room was beautiful with a lit salt wall, comfortable chairs and pleasant music. Very relaxing and rejuvenating. The reception/gift shop area is full of eye candy. The receptionist was friendly, informative and accommodating. Really great experience. Highly recommended.

Love the color changing salt wall... it's beautiful and relaxing! The salt blowing through the ventilation really helps open up airways after dealing with bronchitis and asthma. Wish we had one in my city...

The owner is extremely rude and lacks customer service. I booked over the phone on a Friday for a couples deep tissue massage on Monday. At the time the receptionist booking my appointment explained there is a 50% deposit required. After completing the booking she informed me that she accidentally charged my card for the full amount and that she would have to reach out to a manager to correct it. I then received an email asking if I want to keep it that way or get it corrected. I chose to leave it as is since I planned to get the service still. When I arrived I notified the front desk person that we would only need 1 deep tissue massage and 1 swedish and explained that my card had already been charged the full amount and that I didn't need a price adjustment to just let the massage therapist know. When our massage was finished I returned to the front desk and found out they decided to refund the original amount and charge a new price for the actual services received. The new amount was $50 more than what I had originally paid, even though one of the massages was a lesser service. When I questioned why it was more when I was expecting it to be less since one of the services we received was a lesser service, the front desk wasn't sure why. She shared she wasn't sure how the original person I spoke to booked the appointment at that price point because it wasn't the right price. She stated the manager was on a tour and she would have her call me when finished. From the booking phone call and my card being over charged to finishing my massage and finding out they wanted to charge me more, I was never once rude, I didn't raise my voice or show any signs of being angry because I wasn't. However, when the owner called me she was extremely rude from the moment she got on the phone. She blamed me for the errors her staff made, suggesting I should have known how much the service cost better than her staff would because its on the website and the pamphlet (even though I booked over the phone), stated I need to do the right thing and just pay for the service as if I hadn't paid in full before even receiving the service, and even insulted me by yelling I must need the money more than she does. I get massages regularly due to shoulder pain and I will never return to this place simply due to the owner. The massage therapist were great and sadly didn't receive a tip as that got lost in the rudeness of the follow-up phone call. Not to mention the new price they wanted to charge, according to the website was not correct either!

The owners response below is a clear indication of her lack of customer service. How can I refuse to pay for something that I willingly paid for in full prior to even receiving the service? At what point did any one of your four staff I interacted with say this customer is refusing to pay? Never. I even told your staff at check-in that I didn't need a refund for the price difference after changing one massage from deep tissue to swedish. Your staff chose to refund the amount without any notice to me and then proceeded to charge a new amount without any notice to me again, which was $50 more than the original cost and still not the accurate amount. I simply wanted an explanation of how my money was being spent, and an acknowledgement that your staff made the mistake. I checked your website. It's $292 for two deep tissue couples massages. We received one deep tissue massage and 1 swedish massage, so even the updated charge should not have been $292! Regardless of your terrible customer service and disrespect you still were paid $242 the original price YOUR STAFF charged me (and in advance) for the services!

If this were to happen at my business, from the first moment my staff made an error I would have offered some sort of compensation to make things right with the customer. Not place blame, charge the customer more, and...

Honestly, I felt as though the website is very deceiving. I was looking for a more luxury experience for a girls weekend and this spa did not deliver that experience. I felt as though the staff was very naive about what an upscale spa experience should be. One employee said "Darn" when an upsale was declined for an additional $11. The waiting area between services was in direct line with the door.... which meant essentially sitting nude with only a robe between services, 20 or 30 ft from the door. While showing after the body scrub/wrap, the employee re-entered the room to clean up. The restroom was not located within the facility, you had to leave, walk through a business common area with windows open to the public/outside on either side of the hallway, in nothing but a robe to use the restroom. There were no slippers available to wear between services. My belongings/clothing were placed in a plastic container that I had to tote around with me between services and hold on my lap in my robe, instead of having a secure locker area. Upon check out, we paid and left, only to be called again in the parking lot and told that the card had not cleared... while holding a receipt that stated approval. We returned inside to rerun the card, only to find out the next day that both attemps at charges cleared our credit card. I've visited both high end and everyday institutions such as massage envy. I feel that for the prices, I could have gone literally anywhere else .Typically for the amounts paid/ length of time of services, there would be an offering of a snack or juice. There would be services of slippers or booties for moving between services, instead of barefoot. There should be secure lockers so that you don't have to tote your belongings with you. Just generally very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and "luxury". We won't be returning. Very disappointed. Very...

A friend and myself went in for the massage with a sweetheart facial that included dermaplaning. You choose the massage you would like when you book the appointment. I had a swedish massage picked for my friend and I chose a lymphatic massage because I had had swollen lymph nodes for an extended period of time and had not been able to figure out why with my doctor. There are very few places that offer this type of massage. After searching online and coming up with every place I had checked being booked for months I decided to book at Salt and Spa because there was a spot available.

I filled out a lot of paperwork and was ushered back for my facial. There was not a problem with that. I found it enjoyable and relaxing. After that was over the massage therapist ushered me into the room. For whatever reason she was under the impression that I was to receive a swedish massage. I told her I booked a lymphatic massage and she left, came back and said it did say that, I was right and that she could do that.

The therapist seemed to do ok with the face and neck part but that went on for the entire massage. Before I realized the time was up and she had never moved on to the other lymph nodes. No effort was made to do under my arms or the inside of the thigh at all. After you have a lymphatic massage you are supposed to need to urinate and this did not happen to me at all. Considering there are three sets of lymph nodes in the lymphatic system and only the neck was tended to that was absolutely not a lymphatic drainage massage.

I don't know if the person didn't know how to do it and was just winging it or what but the experience was pretty bad considering and it cost quite a bit not to get what you booked. The only reason I am leaving two stars is because the massage my friend received was very nice and it absolutely relaxed her and made her happy. I will...
