Ordered delivery through UberEats. The food was packaged very carefully and neatly, which I really appreciated. They even included a cardboard divider in the paper bag for structural support, keeping everything intact and organized.

I tried the crab rangoons based on another review’s recommendation. While they were not my all-time favorite, I did find them unique because of the type of wonton wrapper used. I also liked that there were four in an order, making it easy to split evenly.

I ordered the Beef Szechuan, which came in a large portion with finely slivered carrots. The flavor was excellent. I can honestly say this is the best Beef Szechuan I have ever had. There was enough to feed one person for at least three meals.

My only suggestion to the restaurant would be to add descriptions explaining menu terms, such as egg foo young, and include photos for each item on their online menu. We love trying new foods, but it is difficult to leave the menu to look up unfamiliar items on google before ordering.

Overall, I am very pleased with the experience and food quality. We will definitely be returning customers. They have a large menu with many choices. I can only speak to their delivery service and not the physical restaurant location, atmosphere or parking, but overall, I highly...

I have been coming to this JJ China for the last 5 years, and I would always make a 30 minute drive from my place to get there. I hadn’t gone since tonight in about a year, and the last time I got their drive thru the food was amazing, and you always got enough in a $8 combination platter for 2 meals. But when I went tonight, it took 20 minutes to get my food through the drive thru, I had ordered a Mongolian beef combination platter. When I got home with my food hour an hour later I didn’t expect it to be very warm but it was ice cold and every single thing in the box was undercooked somehow including the fried rice. Not only that but for my $9 BEEF meal, I got 6 pieces of cold gross soggy beef which I had to literally dig through 2 whole onions worth of cut up onion to get to. I’ve never seen this much onion on anything in my life. It was as if I ordered a box of onions with a small side of beef and the rice / beef were completely unseasoned and almost inedible bland and mushy. On top of all of this, the portion size was cut in half and the price went up. I can’t remember how many times I’ve been to this restaurant but this is definitely the last...

I've ordered here about 3-4 times over the last 2 years and will not be spending any more money with this restaurant. I've never had a major issue with them until now. HORRIBLE customer service, there was an issue with the food that was delivered and the delivery took 1hr 30 mins+ to reach me. (I was quoted about 35-45 mins for the delivery.) When I called to check on the order status I was told, "We busy, we busy it coming". When it finally arrived it was not correct. I paid for vegetable fried rice but received plain rice. The orange chicken on both orderes was over cooked, where several pieces had to be thrown away. I called to inform them of the issue and was told management would be reaching out to me, which they never did. I called back several times to follow up, until finally I reached a manager and she was very unhelpful. She did not want to make any actions to correct the issue, she was responding to me like me calling was bothering her. There was a language barrier as well which did not help and the whole time I was talking she was rushing to get me off the phone. My issue was never resolved and I would NOT recommend...
