Not only do I LOVE my Lovesac Sactional - immensely - and I went to KC, MO to the showroom there to purchase mine before Omaha got a showroom at Regency - BUT - Sean (in the Omaha Store) and Preston (in the Kansas City Store) have been PHENOMENAL!!!!! My original purchase in KC was a LOT of pieces and Preston spent so much time with me over the phone and email before we drove down and a good three hours with us while we were there - making sure we had the right size, etc.!! It IS a BIG purchase! THEN - we got a showroom in Omaha!! I HAD to go. So I went there during the Grand Opening and Preston was there! Great to see him! Great guy! So I ordered another piece and an accessory - which I LOVE! Unfortunately though - I am NOT a huge fan of FEDEX who delivered my additional side to the wrong address and wouldn't make it right! BUT - through it ALL - Sean at Regency - was AMAZING!! We are now BFF's!! Seriously! If everyone did their job like he does his - this world would be amazing. I can't say enough about how impressed I am. He spent so much time with me - and FEDEX - trying to figure it out. In the end - they ordered me a new one and it should be here tomorrow. While I am happy to have this almost resolved - I will almost miss talking to Sean everyday!! That says a LOT! As for the furniture - its AWESOME - so versatile, comfortable, easily maneuverable, eco-friendly - I could go on and on. Go to the website - watch the video's - it's pricey - but worth it! After a couple days of hearing nothing contacted Lovesac and asked if I would be getting a confirmation email when it shipped, they said yes. Several more days, no email, so I call again and they said I should be getting email soon. After 8 days no email I contact store and assoc says they donât show that the product has or had not shipped and manager would have to look into it. Day 9 I texted store and asked for update and I had not heard back by the afternoon, so I contacted main Lovesac and they said they would need to investigate further. I then get contacted by the store and they inform me that there is a balance due of $13.86 and due to this balance my order was not processed!! Someone from store would be calling me to collect payment of the $13.86 and they would then place my order and things could get moving forward đł. I was dumbfounded. 1. that after placing an order for nearly $6000 they would be so petty as to call me for the $13.86, rather than getting my order placed immediately and remedying their mistake. 2. That they would not try to offer some way to make up for their mistake. When my couch should have already been delivered or at least been shipped but due to their error the order had not even been placed. Instead, ask for payment of $13.86 and not offer anything to make up for their error. If you mess up acknowledge it, fix it and try to make it right. The basics of customer service. Update: On 11/26/2019 I called lovesac customer service to see if they had a shipping update on one of my orders. For some reasons I got an invoice number and their corporate customer service could not provide an order status. They said that they would reach our to the Regency store to call me for an update. On 11/29/2019 I called the Regency lovesac store because our sactional arrived with the wrong covers for the sides and back. I mentioned that we contacted corporate about our order with the invoice number and shawn stated that they got a call from corporate earlier in the week about the issue. However, I never got a call from the Regency store about this issue. Also I'm disappointed that lovesac was unable to deliver the correct covers for the sactional I bought. Overall, for the price Lovesac charges, you should have better customer service, ie hire more people to answer the phones at corporate and ensure you don't mess up orders. The sactional we bought would have been about $5,000 without discounts. It's the size of a normal sectional, four seats and five sides. I'd wait on buying their furniture until it is discounted by 35% or more because you dont get a good customer service experience if you have issues. I'm not sure when one of our orders is supposed to arrive and there was no resolution with the corporate customer service to get new covers shipped.
