What a great place to shop!! It's wonderful to shop somewhere with true customer service. I was about to buy an appliance online when I decided to call and see if they had it in stock. The salesperson who answered the phone was pleasant and extremely helpful (Ellen I think??). She not only had a great warm voice, but she knew immediately that what was I was looking for was in stock, and she knew the colors available and immediately held one for me. She then went on to tell me about the sale they had going on and let me know if I spent $1 more I would get $60 gift card. When I showed up not only was I able to get the card, but the Vitamix was cheaper than I could find it online, and I received another $50 store credit for accessories. All of this would have been great all by itself, but I interacted with 4 different saleswomen while I was looking around and they were all helpful, friendly and excited to tell me all the ways I could use the new blender. What a pleasant shopping experience!! I will tell everyone I know that Williams-Somoma in Regency is the place to shop for anything related to the kitchen and cooking....

Called immediately-spent 45 minutes on the phone and they said they changed the delivery address. Nope. It came to my house. I had to send it back.
Waited to reorder until December, to see if there was a sale. Put in a NEW order first week of December. Never received a confirmation email-just a notification that I didn’t complete the transaction and left an item in my shopping cart. So I entered my order AGAIN. I just got a phone call from the recipient-she got two boxes. HUGE MONEY GRAB. I never ordered two boxes but was charged for two and I still, to this day, have never received a confirmation email OR an email that the order has shipped. DONE with William Sonoma. Read moreSold us a product that didn’t work. Customer support said they would send the same replacement once we shipped the faulty product back ($800 product). They never sent us the replacement product. After two weeks they finally sent the replacement however they sent a completely different product and one that was only a $350 value-not even close to our original product. When we reached out to customer support again we were told it was not a mistake and they purposely sent us the cheaper product despite being told on the phone and email that they would replace our faulty product with the same one.
