My husband and I have been regular customers of this car wash for years because it is close to our house, but no more. If you purchase single car washes instead of their unlimited pass, they don't seem to need or want your business anymore. There is one man who regularly works the single car wash entrance (he said his name was Lucas, no name tag) who absolutely refuses to listen when a customer asks for a single car wash and declines their unlimited package. He continues to harass and push the unlimited package or a more expensive car wash and repeatedly refuses to take no for an answer, saying he is being monitored over the mike and will get in trouble from management if he does not continue to badger customers. He is rude and seems to enjoy holding up the line. I have ended up in the line with him working three out of my last four visits, so today I timed how long it took for me to get through - 16 1/2 minutes in line for 7 cars to pay, which should have taken 3-4 minutes max. There were only a few sporadic cars on the unlimited side, so there was no excuse for the delay. There is also no safe way to turn around once you are stuck in the line. The one time he was not there and it was a young woman instead, it was a polite 15 second transaction with no sales pitch, and there was no backup of cars. If this truly is a management policy, there is no excuse for treating customers in this manner. If it is a single bad employee, customer service training is seriously needed. Read moreUpdate again.. so after we went back a few times after getting the broken wiper replaced it broke off again in the carwash! We immediately went in when it happened and filled out a form and they could see on camera it broke off there. It’s been months now and no wiper has been given to us yet and everytime we go in to check they don’t have one yet. We haven’t gotten any updates on this and there’s no phone number to call. Please contact us so we can get the part..
Meant to update review by now. The owner was very kind and reached out to me after this review. He paid for the replacement part and installed it for me. I have kept my membership after seeing how caring he was. Make sure you don’t fill out the form online because I never heard back that way, call the location directly or go inside.
Old review Went through the car wash at this location shortly after getting a brand new car, it ripped the back windshield wiper off. I emailed immediately and never even heard back. Read moreI have been coming here for years have been a member on and off have always enjoyed this place it's right down the st from me very convenient until today when I was approached while vacuuming by a man who mentioned membership for a penny I said ok I'm about to wash once I'm done and get signed up I just like getting the inside done first I was in a hurry today with work and had to make it quick i was getting ready to jump in the car and go in line when he approached me again and said I don't want to have to make you leave you need to sign up I handed him my card and I went to sign up but the QR code was messing up and sent me to an error page so he proceeded to attempt to sign me up off his phone and it wasn't working I said I'm sorry I'm in a hurry your stuff is messing up can I come back after work so I can wash my car he said I have to charge you today you used the vacuum I said I understand that but I'm in a rush I can come back he proceeded to then call me a freeloader I was very put off by how ignorant he was with something that was entirely not my fault when I attempted to sign up and wash I come here all the time and wash all the time something like this was completely not...
