HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! GET THIS...I WENT TO THE BAR WHEN I ARRIVED AND GOT A BEER FROM THE NIGHT MANAGER. I ASKED HIM IF THE KITCHEN WAS OPEN. HE TOLD ME THE KITCHEN WAS OPEN TIL 11:00 PM AND ASKED ME WHERE I WAS GOING TO SIT SO THE WAITRESS COULD COME OVER AND TAKE MY ORDER. I SAT IN MY SEAT FOR 20 MINUTES!!!! THEN I GOT UP AND WENT TO THE END OF THE BAR...FOUND MY OWN MENU....AND STOOD THERE FOR 10 MINUTES BEFORE A GIRL WALKED BEHIND THE BAR AND ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP. I ASKED HER IF THERE WAS ANY SPECIALS?? SHE SAID YES AND EXPLAINED THE SPECIALS AND THEN BEFORE I COULD ORDER SHE SAID SHE WOULD BE RIGHT BACK....I STOOD THERE FOR ANOTHER 10 MINUTES (NO ONE BEHIND THE BAR TO SERVICE THEIR CUSTOMERS) AND NOTICED ONE OF THE WAITRESSES WAS TALKING TO 2 OTHER WAITRESSES IN A BOOTH THAT WAS OFF THE CLOCK!! SO....THE NIGHT MANAGER FINALLY APPEARED AND SAID CAN I HELP YOU DUDE"....I TOLD HIM RIGHT THEN YOU HAVE "HORRIBLE SERVICE"....THEN I TOLD HIM AGAIN...."YOU HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE"....HE LOOKED AT ME AND SAID HE WAS WORKING UP IN THE OFFICE??????? THEN I WENT OVER TO THE TABLE WHERE A WAITRESSES WAS ON THE CLOCK THAT WAS TALKING TO THE OTHER 2 WAITRESSES THAT WERE OFF THE CLOCK AND ASKED HER...."YOU WORK HERE????" SHE SAID YES! I SAID WHY AREN'T YOU SERVING YOUR CUSTOMERS??? HERE IS THE UNBELIEVABLE PART OF THIS HORROR...THE OTHER OFF THE CLOCK WAITRESS WITH BLACK HAIR TOLD ME TO SHUT UP!!!!! A OFF THE CLOCK WAITRESS TELLING A CUSTOMER THAT IS NOT GETTING SERVED TO SHUT UP!!!!!! OMG!!!!!....IF I WAS THE MANAGER....I WOULD HAVE FIRED EVERYONE OF THEM....UNBELIEVABLE!!! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE BEEN TREATED THIS WAY IN THIS MISS MANAGED DUMP!!! I GUEST THE CUSTOMERS ARE LOOKED AT AS ENEMIES....WHERE THE CUSTOMERS ARE LOOK AT AS PEOPLE THAT BOTHER THEM. THIS DUMP HAS NOT A CLUE HOW TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!! NO CUSTOMERS SERVICE, WAITRESSES SITTING IN BOOTHS NOT SERVICING THEIR CLIENTS, WAITRESSES TELLING THEIR CLIENTS TO SHUT UP WHEN WAITRESS ON THE CLOCK IS NOT DOING HER JOB, MANAGER THAT HAS NO IDEA HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS.....I WOULD FIRE EVERYONE THERE!!!! THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO CLUE!!!!!! THE WORST....I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND BE MISS TREATED BY THESE IDIOTS!!! OH ... THIS IS FOR THE OWNER.....GOOD LUCK....YOU ARE GOING...

There was a Tuesday special going on for $4 tall boy domestic beers. Me and my friend clearly asked for those specifically and pointed to them on the special menu. We got beers that were huge and we were surprised they were only $4. We confirmed with him these were the $4 dollar beers from the specials menu after we got them. Then when we got our bill he charged us $8.75 per beer and said the tall boys are the big cans. We didn't know that at the time, he should have told us if that was the case. He tried to play dumb and act like he didn’t know. Then he finally ended up reluctantly changing it and didn’t apologize at all, he also did not take it off my friend’s bill after he paid. I don’t know his name, but the server was bald and clearly tried to charge us extra here intentionally to make more in tips. The food and atmosphere was fine, but I would avoid that server as he is clearly selfish and out to make more money. He really rubbed me the wrong way with his attitude, he even laughed at me when I asked if the changes were made to the bill and then just walked off with no apology when I still paid him a good tip. I usually dont leave reviews. But let me tell you something. Im highly disappointed in the service here. Stephanie was our server and she ignored us for 15 minutes. She was all over the place, rushing behind the bar and getting in everyones way and seemed to be on some sort of illegal substance ot maybe even drinking. Thank God the manager on duty actually approached us and tried to make the situation better. Her name was Sarah. She did make eye contact with me multiple times and smiled warmly even though she was bringing out food with another server. I think she could see my irritation on my face. She came up to us, introduced herself and asked how we were. Actually engaged me in conversation and gave me attention that people deserve in a restaurant. She Brought the requested drinks and a menu so we could order food. She then let us know stephanie would be our server but if we needed anything to let her know. We were playing darts originally which maybe it looked like we didn't need service in Stephanie's eyes. But I dont know. Still acknowledging a person matters. The food was delicious your server just wasn't good....
