If you have any sort of food allergy you just can't eat here safely.
Once in the past I had rated this is five stars. But since then I don't think I've gotten a single correct order from them. We had waited several months since our last order, we wanted to give them another shot because maybe they just had a training issue or one employee who had trouble.
Today (June 7, 2024) we ordered four salads, one for everyone in the family, we're all vegetarian yet somehow two of the salads had tuna. And not a little bit like enough for a main course. Almost as if a someone thought dumping a cheap can of tuna in would be a funny joke.
If you want to avoid something specific just understand that they will put it in there anyway. We have not gotten the correct order in our past 5 attempts order in here. We've gotten orders with whole dishes left out, or skipped requests to omit items, today they neglected dressing, and added meat to vegetarian meal.
EDIT - Response to C&G: To anyone seeing their reply, know that they ignored me months ago when I filled out their online form and complained about the previous wrong order. The last one was a single messed salad out of four. We gave them a cooling off period of months before trying them again. I don't care if they don't have tuna on the menu, it is concerning that they don't see how that makes this so much worse. Either an employee did something with an external can of tuna or something was so expired that two different people thought it was tuna. The salads in question were two Seoul bowls, pre-selected salads we have ordered many time before and they tend not to screw up. One of the other salads had a minor error and the the fourth and final salad was correct. 25% even McDonalds and Taco Bell always have higher accuracy. Even when the ice cream machine or meat hose is down.
EDIT - I have since provided a receipt to C&G and my payment details and they have offered to refund the 2 of items on the order and not the 3rd incorrect item. But only after I provide them information I already provided them. To rephrase, they wanted the last 4 of my credit card but I already gave them that so they could find the order in question. This is a gross level of...
Read moreLet me start by saying if you haven’t tried Crisp & Green yet, put it on your to-do list this week, or just cancel your lunch or dinner plans today and get there ASAP!! Before I tried it for the first time, I’ll be the first to admit I would never go out to eat anywhere with the intention of ordering a salad. Well that had all changed now!! I absolutely crave C&G and it is in regular rotation!! And this is great because it’s healthy - everything is made from scratch daily, there are no artificial sugars in anything offered, and every time I have been, the food is always fresh…
The flavors are bold + delicious, but not overly complicated. There are so many choices too. I’ve not even come close to trying everything on the menu! Today I had the Wild Wild Southwest which is loaded with fresh arugula, corn, black beans, cheese, tomatoes, avocado, chicken & tossed with their signature southwest dressing. It has a subtle spice kick, but not overpowering. Sooooo good!! And I tried it with the arugula today, but the super friendly staff mentioned I could get it made with rice!! Everything here can be adapted to your taste and dietary needs. So vegans, vegetarians & those with gluten restrictions, you have so many delicious options at C&G!!!
Also speaking of the staff, Paige and Joni are both always so helpful and they know this menu and how to adjust to your tastes like absolutely pros. Plus they are super nice and funny. Definitely adds to the already pleasant and ultra fast experience. It’s fast casual with emphasis on the fast. Drive thru on the backside for when you’re on the go, plus you can order ahead on the app so it’s waiting upon arrival. Delivery is available too.
Ok, I’ve been rambling but the moral of this story is C&G is the real deal and do your body and tastebuds a favor and get yourself...
Read moreArrived during the lunch hour between 12-1. Wait time was long, 23 minutes. Once it was my turn for the salad bowl to be made the server started making my bowl, half way in the middle, the server jumped to a person who was in front of me and started working on/finishing her bowl. The other server cashed out a customer and then went to start a bowl for the person who was behind me. Seemed very chaotic and disorganized and I’m concerned about cross contamination. I don’t eat meat and I don’t want to see a server handling my salad bowl then leaving to prepare another’s bowl who does have salad in it and then coming back to my bowl with the same exact gloves on. I requested to speak to supervisor. Brittany stated that they were busy prepping. I counted 6 employees, 2 were serving customers and the other 4 were prepping. The drive thru window was closed off by green cones. Overall bad experience, poor management and chaotic. One would think that if there are a line of customers, the restaurant would pull a couple preppers to help serve so that they can get their customers food in a timely quick and efficient manner. Also I had ordered roasted tomatoes for the salad that I ended up leaving without but I was told that they were out of roasted tomatoes. So my question is what is being prepped? I would have like to see more servers and less “preppers” during such a busy...
