It was horrible and absolutely disgusting! I went in to look for some plants and get some lights this is what has happened. I was outside in the garden area about probably 9:15. As I was driving around looking for the plants that I needed I got hit by water not just a little water a whole lot of water and it was coming from the top of the under the plants I don't know it was it was up on top. Of course there was no one there to manage the Garden area imagine that? Yes it was late and he probably had stuff to restock and whatever but someone should be out there. After I finish getting wet I said to hell with looking out there and went into the store to finish my shopping. I went to look at some lights that I wanted to get gloves and whatever. After I was finished I got into the only line that was open there was problem with the first two customers one after the other I was in line for over 15 minutes and not one person came over or anyone asked for help. I got out of that line and happened to see two guys asked if one of them was the manager I am one of the managers the guy says. I explain to him what was going on he really wasn't rhat concerned. Nice guy on duty! I asked him if I could go to the front and check out where they normally send returns. I got to the return area to pay for everything and when I got finished paying for it at the desk she just walked off. Threw a bag on top of my items. Now how damn disrespectful and inconsiderate could you be and mind you I am a lady of 66 years old. I said to her are you not going to bag it and she said we're not supposed to bag. She did bag and I walked out. Lowe's closer to my home so that's probably where I'll shop from now on. I sure didn't feel there was any customer service in your store all. The lady or young girl running the register the only register opened in the store should have call somebody to come and help 15 minutes is way too long to be standing in line. Last of all I know you're not going to want to hear this but, some of the high school ladies need some education in respect an dignity. I sure hope the issues are addressed. Read moreWorthless! Absolutely worthless. I order online at 120/Dodge location. I got confimation my order would be delivered the next day. The next day I got another email that my order had been bumped to Ralsto loaction and 2 items were now special order and my delivery was on hold until those arrived. Called Ralston delivery coordinator and she couldnt tell me anything. She was just full of excused! I asked for delivery of everyhting but those 2 itrems and she couldnt get to it until Saturday. Saturday I was confirmed for delivery on Wednesday. Now you cant get to it until Saturday. Also couldnt tell me why my order was sent over to Ralson or when my 2 items would be in. Zero answers Zero help. Called 120th Menards and talked to Marie. She told me to call Ralstona nd have them email the order and she would try and fulfil it for Thursday. Called Ralston and talked to Zach and he said he would email it to Marie. Call Marie twice and she was busy. Finally spoke with her at 2:22 I started this process at 8:30 am. She didnt recieve anything for Zach. Called Zach at Ralsotn Menards and ask if he sent it. Oh I talked to the higher ups and I cant do that so I juse went ahead and cancelled the order. Never bothered to call and let me know. Just told me to go online and order all the materials from the 120th Menards. You mean like I did yesterday? Where everything was supposedly in stock and scheduled to be delivered Wednesday(today). Why would I go through it all of that again. Why cant anyone tell me why I ordered at one store and it was sent to another. Why cant I get some of my order delivered at least by Thursday Ralston Menards? Why now 3 more days. Read moreI drove from Fall City Ne. this morning to pick some fencing up for my son also who lives in Fall City. When I entered the order area outside to pick the order up I called and within 15 minutes my fencing was being loaded. The girl was pleasant in her job. When I was at the check out gate the gentleman counted my fencing and said I only received 6 rolls not 7 that were ordered. He said that I would need to go back for my other roll and he would call ahead, great. When I went back to the order pick up area and called there was no answer. Called again and finally someone answered and said they would be right out. The lady came out and was informed about the shortage of the order, she said to give her a few minutes. 20 minutes later no response, so called again and while I was explaining that I was still waiting for my fencing was hung up on. Not Happy at all now!! So I walked in to find out what the delay was and was informed that they were trying to figure out the order! Really!! She said that I was not hung up during my phone call that they had phone issues. ?? Finally received my one roll of fencing and informed the girl that I guess I should have counted the rolls myself and she informed me that I should have!! Did not realize that I was just employed by Menards. No apology or nothing she just walked away. Sorry but NO WAY to treat customers.
