If I could give a lower rating then I would.
We usually have issues with our orders but it’s usually a single item is missing or the drink has ice when we asked for no ice.
Tonight was the worst experience. We have 8 people to feed so when we eat out we spend a lot of money.
Our entire order was messed up. They were out of so many supplies and our order was missing the stuff we asked for that they did have. We like a little heat to our quesadillas but not a ton so we ask for easy sauce. Tonight they were dripping with sauce and not even cut. We had to cut them with a pizza cutter. That having to cut them ourselves isn’t terrible but when the item is inedible, that’s when it’s an issue. We also ordered something that is marketed as something you can get “regular” or “spicy”. I ordered the regular one and I took one bite and my mouth and lips are on fire. Another burrito we got was supposed to have meat, shredded cheese, refried beans, rice, avocado, onions and tomatoes. I received a burrito holding a soup like substance. I couldn’t even keep it inside the tortilla to attempt to eat it. The chips and cheese had 6-7 chips in each small bag. They said a specific type of soda was out but had cups of it on the counter.
Those are just the bigger issues with our order. There are quite a few more that have gone unmentioned.
To top it off, the napkins we got were napkins from their bathroom.
We won’t be returning to this Taco Bell any time soon, which sucks for them because we go here twice a month and usually spend between...
Read moreHiya folks -- just wanted to give a shout-out to ELIZABETH on the night shift from a couple of weeks ago!! (sorry for the delay for recognition!!)
My son is out of school right now, so sometimes we do some midnight exploration activities. He's managing some anxiety about having a fear of the dark, and driving at night within the safety of the car really helps him cope, and discover how fascinating nighttime can be.
During one of our excursions, we decided to grab a snack, and stopped by Elizabeth's Taco Bell. She noticed him sitting in the backseat, and asked if he'd like a Baja Blast slush. We agreed, and after drinking that Baja Blast, it is now my son's favorite drink.
EVEN BETTER: some of his anxiety about the dark faded, knowing there there are some genuinely nice folks out there. We still teach him about Stranger Danger of course, and avoiding certain places/times. All the same: now, whenever we go to Taco Bell, he always asks for a Baja Blast slush, and thinks back on that exciting adventure. All thanks to Elizabeth going ABOVE AND BEYOND and thinking of my son.
THANKS...
Read moreI came here tonight for a quick dinner. I was very hungry and had gone all day without eating. There’s about three cars ahead of me in the drive-through. I used the app to order online which I really enjoy doing. I like it because I can order exactly what I want and how I want. The rate was well over 30 minutes. I’m not sure if they were short staffed but it sure didn’t feel like it. There was even a few people waiting inside the store. The employee at the window was incredibly nice she was sincere about the situation. She decided to give me some coupons for a return visit. She apologized about the way and sent me with a good night. My view from the drive-through window look like the kitchen was a little bit and dismay. Regardless the food was good as could be and it’s what I expected. This Taco Bell is probably in the most nearest in Omaha metro. It looks completely modernized and up-to-date. Overall I would definitely return. Hopefully the throughput will be...
