Went into the store today to see what offerings they had on the bigger size bras. I shop at this store fairly regularly and I've never had a bad experience. Today I went in and saw the bra I have been watching online in my size. As I'm looking at the other options 2 employees hurry by and quickly asked are you finding your size? I was clearly looking in the largest size they carry so I nodded my head they continued past. A few moments later I walk up to one of the two and ask her to show me where the other section was in my size. She walks me over opens the drawer and walks away. I go back to find her to see if she can get me into a dressing room to try one that was a different for then normal. She walks me over passes me off to the dressing room attendant and asked if I needed anything else. I said yes can you see if this one I'm trying is one of the sale bras because they didn't have all their signs up for the sales. She said sure I'll check and come right back. I come out and she's folding underwear looked at me and quickly turned and walked away. I went about my business and a few moments later walked past her she once again looked at me and turned the other way. I had the price checked at the counter before my purchase and left. I have never had such negligent or rude service from any retail store ever in my life. If you shop this store don't expect great service as it appears the new summer crew could care less...
Read moreI just visited this location to return some items I purchased online. I was stopped on the way in by a very rude young lady. She advised us to wait in a line. I thought that this was to limit the number of people in the store at one time. It was not. She told us to wear our masks and social distance. The entire mall requires masks and we have been wearing them for a year now so this information is pretty obvious. When I finally got inside I made my way to the register where several people were already waiting. No one was behind the counter and several employees walked past us without saying a word. After waiting several minutes employee finally approached us and said we needed to go to the registers on the other side. We we all made our way over there, about 10 of us. On the other side there were 2 cashiers and 26 people waiting in line(I counted them.) I know this was not a short staffing problem because there were several ladies with headsets on just wandering around not really helping or talking to anyone. If you want people to social distance then open more registers so we don't all have to pile up in a long line to purchase or make returns. I waited 15 minutes and finally just left. I will be going to a different location to make my exchanges. You definitely need to find a better way to manage this store. Big thumbs down on...
Read moreSo upset I went to a few locations in omaha and each time i got sized cuz im too big for my upper half has grown out of my current bra and both times they tried to get me to either squeeze into a diffrent type of the same size or one thats a bit smaller, even though i told them it was hurting. Everytime i asked them if there was a bigger size they told me oh you wont fit into that since i have big breasts and a small band and that i should try fitting into something smaller and when they measured me they squished my breasts as too make it look smaller. It was so stupid, all i wanted was to come in get measured and fitted properly so i can have a new and comfartable bra and not only did they not help, im still trying to figure out what size i am. In my opion they need to train their staff better and i am so not shopping there again and ill be telling all my family, friends, and coworkers as well cuz if there only opion is to make girls wear bras and stuff in only sizes they make and have them not be comfartable then i dont trust them. Ill be taking my buissness elsewhere until i hear some home that it gets better and maybe and i stress that maybe alot then i might go back. But as i said exterly...
