Archery Country — Local services in Onalaska

My mom and I stopped in Tuesday @ open, we were greeted by friendly Reuben. We told him I had a young nephew who had took up archery last year..... Reuben talked us through bows, targets, arrows and their shooting range room. You can shoot targets for two hours for $12, if you also need to include bow rental, the two hour price is $25. We thought two hours was a bit much and he even said the kids get pretty tired before two hours.... Surprisingly he said even my younger nephews would also be able to rent the target range! Rueben also talked us through their selection of targets. Who knew there were so many options? Archery Country was a great find. We will definitely be back once we find out more what he's looking for and likely to bring him to shoot in the target room. I had my bow string at Country Archery. I must he did an extremely good job with my string! The experience there made me miss La Crosse Archery a lot! The chronograph didn't work, the scale seem to be acting funny and it took about an hour and a half to tie a peep and tune the bow.

It has a big box store feel to it now. They took out all the seating area and added more merchandise. They carry e-bikes that they can't (or don't have the knowledge/tools) to work on at all. If you're going to buy an electric bike buy it from a bike store they can help you fix it when it needs fixed.

It's too bad because I really like the people that worked at La Crosse Archery.

customer service is great and the people that work there are really nice and give proper and polite attention to every customer. it dosnt matter if your buying a ten dollar set of cat tails or if your buying and completly outfitting a new bow with all the trimmings in one day, they also will come out o the range to help you with any issues your having and to even check in to see if you need anything while your there. plus the atmosphere of the range makes for a fun and relaxing time to sight your equipment or training or to just have fun! really i have been to several ranges and shops to do my outfitting and i have not found a single place that brings all these aspects to the table with competative prices, great customer service and all around good times. you guys are the best keep doing...
